“Ordered 3 pairs of flexi tickets for Leopardstown Racing Festival this month. I have today went to redeem (not having used wowcher before) and apparently they have expired. Nowhere in the covering email or anywhere else did it mention these could expire more than 3 weeks out from the event. It was only when i went to redeem them i seen a very bit of small print. This is beyond ridiculous that a wowcher like this can expire 3 weeks before given its an event and not a service. Of course there is no telephone number and no one is responding to me on the whatsapp service. Please beware when ordering off these COWBOYS.”

“Absolutely awful, I bought an item online, no email etc to say when it will arrive. You then have to Wattsapp them for any help which took 11 days to tell me how to use the code which had expired. Absolutely awful”
