“I purchased the mystery holiday, I was only expecting a 2 day city break which was fine. But the additional costs added on by travelodeal were ridiculous,and it would of been so much cheaper to book the trip independently than purchase this.”

“No idea when this will be delivered nor any proper receipt provided. Now being bombarded by spam marketing emails from Wowcher so had to unsubscribe immediately. Beginning to fear I’ve been scammed”

Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “Visited the Malmaison Leith for lunch with our Wowcher. Good service and food from the Prix Fixe menu (2 course £24.95, 3 course £24.95. We both decided to have a third course and wrongly thought the cost would be the difference between the Prix Fixe menu prices for 2 or 3 courses. We were wrong! The desert was charged as the A La Carte menu so £19 instead of the £10 anticipated. On expressing our surprise, our server consulted her Manager who confirmed the charge blaming the till software. Please be aware.”
