“Booking was rather confusing - I booked one night DBB at £239 but the message I got at the end to say "successfully redeemed" quoted one night BB. Thankfully the receipt showed the correct amount and DBB. But no further instructions, for instance, is it booked with the hotel or do I have to confirm it with them? I would have liked clearer instructions and a proper receupt with all the details to show the hotel, as it was a gift for someone. Also no phone number to ring someone at Wowcher and confirm the correct booking.”

“it is hard to know how to order of here i be been waiting weeks for my perfumes to come i don't even know if i ve oredred them right as i knew to voucher so just waiting if now they come still x”
