“I will NEVER deal with this company again and l will tell as many people as l can to do the same. I ordered and paid for goods amounting to £196 which included a full set of tables and chairs. After waiting and waiting for it to be delivered it never arrived the vendor kept my money.My emails were ignored. I had a small refund but the bulk of the money was kept.As far as l am concerned this is tantamount to THEFT.”

“Absolutly apalling service. Purchased a voucher as a gift was advised by the merchant that they didn't offer that service anymore so was told I could have a refund but only to use against another voucher. Absolute disgraceful, i will be closing my account and seeking assistance elsewhere as the voucher is not fit for purpose. Ben the agent was abysmal, your inability and refusal to discuss with your customers is disgraceful”

“Purchased a dual USB power bank. Within 24h I was told it was dispatched.and after the usually 7 day delivery period I hadn't received my item, contacted wowcher who told me to contact supplier. Supplier doesn't answer phone (42 attempts), doesn't respond to voicemail or emails. Contacted wowcher who make it physically impossible to communicate with an actual human being and instead give an automated response system that always tells me to "contact the supplier"”

“Paid for a camera it cost £32 so didn’t expect it to be amazing but it was listed as videocam, full HD1080p Electronic image stabiliser infra red lens two triple A batteries. None of these things were anything like the description and they didn’t even include the batteries! It looks like something out of a lucky bag and I paid £31 too much so Wowcher will be getting an email asking for the other £31 back! So annoyed with these deal sites.”

“Yoiur deals never showexact price always leading you to somewhere else . Discount prices are quite often out by a few pence to a pound or two Cant even find where to unsubscribe to this awful site with your constanrt e mails . hounding me by saying youve held on to something for me that i have viewed. this is a free country and i should be allowed to view without feeling obligaated to buy anything.”

“Appalling company. Say they can only give voucher when a refund is asked for due to them not being offer the purchased item due to Covid. Say they will extend voucher if necessary but now say they need proof they said that which I do not have.”

“AVOID!!!!! The bye fly device DOES NOT KILL FLIES so don’t waste your money!!! The merchant, Forefront, is based in China and the device itself is meant for mosquitoes. You will then waste numerous hours of your life attempting to get refunded, including requests to return the item and paying the return postage!!! Nope 👎 AVOID WOWCHER!!!!”

“I booked a break for my elderly parents . The arrived after a 4 hour drive to be told he hotel is shut as fron 1st which was the day they was ment to go no email or explanation. Wowcher want proof from the hotel . Who are ignoring the phone and emails so I can not get proof . Also they are saying we used the voucher. And to top it all they are saying we used the voucher I'm so angry I wish I looked at reviews before I used wowcher”

“First time I ordered something from Wowcher; a pair of gladiator sandals from third party company called Forefrontrading. The sandals is so very cheaply made I could not be caught wearing it. the stitchings are coming undone. It's a very poor copy of Lostisy. In spite of send photos of losing stitches, the cut edges fraying and lifting up etc.very unprofessional finished. It does not look like what was shown on thier website. The company still refused to refund. I requested for a return address label so I can return the faulty unsatisfactory sandals back as my consumer rights with regards to on-line shopping. Still not sorted out the problem. Wowcher should really get involved! SO, BUYERS BE WARNED!!!”
