“Great price for a Sunday lunch gift for my sisters birthday! I love that I can schedule the e-gift to be sent on her birthday as I won’t be seeing her around her birthday this year. Not been to this particular chain of hotels before but the photos look great!”

“FRAUD INVESTIGATION IS NOW IN PROCESS AGAINST WOWCHER. They (wowcher), began taking monthly payments from my account. After numerous texts, mails,back and forth. I was forced to report it as a fraudulent case with my bank. Im sure many other people have fallen victim to this practice from Wowcher. Underhanded, sneaky tactics, to extort money. REPORT THEM HERE. & WITH YOUR BANK.”

“Wowcher is a front for conmen and scammers. You have no protections as a consumer as Wowcher just pass the blame to the merchant and the merchant just ignore you. I will be reporting to Trading Standards, and also taking any legal action I can against Wowcher and the criminals they allow to rip off customers. I would advise everyone to avoid this company. Do not fall for them being a "reputable" company as they just find loopholes to scam customers for the criminals that send you the defective items. I have been going back and forward for months now and I have just been met with AI responses and no option to deal with real people. I will not be letting this lie and I recommend that everybody who has also been scammed to continue with action against these corrupt people to ensure they don't get away with it for much longer.”

“We booked a mystery holiday with Wowcher and have been appalled by the process from the off. We had an email confirming the destination we would be travelling to with the email stating it was secured for us for 24 hours. Just 1 hour later we had a call which we thought was to confirm the travel arrangements but was immediately told it was sold out. The excuse was that it’s busy and was implied that we should have expected this given the month we booked for. They proceeded then to offer subpar locations, dates we already stated we could not travel on, and hotels WAY out of the centre which, to them, was acceptable. After standing our ground and not accepting a worse holiday we proceeded to have at least 2 calls a day from the agents who try to sell us on the idea of the worse holiday and claim this is due to us not being flexible on dates. The agents ignored any request for written confirmation that the location we were allocated was not available and proceeded to escalate the issue to higher up teams. I have now had more than 6 calls with the agency and I am still waiting for a refund for a service they cannot provide us. Despite the fact that we have attempted to reach out to Wowcher to resolve this issue they seemed to have immediately wiped their hands with it and all I have received is automated messages stating that it has been passed over to the third party.”

“Wowcher / Cloud 9YN - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID Bought a bed, cancelled the order within 1hr after reading the horrific review. Haven't recieved any item and refused a refund. Wowcher completely useless with their frustrating Ai customer service and lack of responsibility, supporting and collaborating with scammers.”
