Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately. “I had difficulty in completing my order and had to email customer services which helped me by crediting my account so i could re-order after it expired,so many thanks.I did find it difficult to complete the process because i am not gadget savvy.”

“Ordered 3 pairs of flexi tickets for Leopardstown Racing Festival this month. I have today went to redeem (not having used wowcher before) and apparently they have expired. Nowhere in the covering email or anywhere else did it mention these could expire more than 3 weeks out from the event. It was only when i went to redeem them i seen a very bit of small print. This is beyond ridiculous that a wowcher like this can expire 3 weeks before given its an event and not a service. Of course there is no telephone number and no one is responding to me on the whatsapp service. Please beware when ordering off these COWBOYS.”
