“wowcher support is absolutely rubbish, either give you no response or a response thats insanely unhelpful. wowcher allows merchants to scam you, while calling them “trusted third-party merchants.”, was unaware i would be scammed by a so called trusted merchant, but there we are. i have asked how i can refund and they will not take responsibility in any way, practically blaming me. horrid company, would avoid. i can not refund via my bank as i was stupid enough to fall for it, making it my fault. if you do use wowcher, be careful.”

If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. Look for the 'Want to return your item?' section. (If you don't see the 'Want to return your item?' section, please contact the merchant directly - their details can be located on the Wowcher/Voucher under merchant information) Select your refund option : "Wallet Credit" or "Cash" Click on the 'Start a Return?' button and follow the prompts to complete your return request. (If you don't see the 'Start a Return' button, follow the provided prompts to request a return or to contact the merchant directly.) Once your return is requested, you will receive an email containing a QR code and/or return label, just follow the instructions provided in the email to return the item. After the merchant receives your return, they will inspect the item then your refund will be processed within 5 working days from the time the merchant receives the return. Please note: If your item is damaged/faulty, take some photos as evidence in case of dispute from the merchant. The photo should display: The entire item (out of the box - if safe, please inspect the item even if the packaging is damaged). The packaging if available. Close-up and clear photos of the damage.

“Ordered a wine case offer with Wowcher on wine warehouse unable to redeem voucher because the previous year had a similar offer with Martin Lewis Christmas offer last Christmas they say because l am not a new costumer can’t have the offer have tried time and time again to get my money back with Wowcher they skip around it have got a job reference After many emails still waiting what can l do when there is no phone no or email address”

Good morning After purchasing the voucher you have to redeem the voucher by filling out the necessary details so that the merchant receives your order. As I can see you have successfully redeemed your voucher We can confirm this order is still currently within the 3 working day delivery period and is due to be delivered by 27th Nov 2025.
