“Relatively easy process. The only delay was waiting for my code to arrive. As it was my first time using wowcher I didn't know that it didn't arrive immediately. Knowing this will speed up the process in future.”

“Very disappointed with my experience. I purchased 2 double beds and two mattresses, but the quality of the bed was far below my expectations. The drawer finishing was incomplete, and the bed felt weak and poorly made. I contacted customer service immediately after delivery and was told I would receive a response within 48 hours. After several follow-ups, I was asked to provide photos and videos, which I did. However, instead of addressing my concerns, I was repeatedly sent the returns policy. Customers should be aware that returning large items can be very expensive, and I was expected to arrange and pay for the return myself. I feel my concerns about the product quality were not properly addressed. Based on my experience, I would advise others to carefully consider the potential return costs and customer service experience before purchasing.”

“Terrible, a scam, do not buy unless you're prepared to spend double the price you initially pay, are prepared to change dates and destinations even though you've booked time off work for your holiday, and all be prepared to have to continuously chase them for an update as they don't send you any confirmations like they promise, they still havent sent me anything after a week and I've already payed an additional fee! What a scam,”

Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “Ordered 8 x 8’ pergola from rattrix paid £119 then was hit with £49 delivery charge and I have never received product delivery due 21st May Wowcher take no responsibility whatsoever apart from dropping an email to supplier will have to take up with my bank”
