“I ordered a 4ft small double bed set from Dining Tables. When it arrived the mattress was NOT was was described. Even though the company is saying that it is correct and there is no fault, it is not the same or even close.”

“Ordered a Microsoft 365 subscription from Wowcher. The provider (Software Distribution) never sent the code. I now have an open case with Wowcher and I will edit this review if successfully resolved. Very unhappy with the experience and effort that I now need to invest in making sure I don't lose my money. I do not recommend Wowcher. EDIT: Wowcher and Software Distribution are deceitful, lying scum. They are no longer responding to communications and neither a working product nor refund has been issued. I am now raising a card dispute. DO NOT USE WOWCHER!”

“Scam !!! I paid for my items using paypal. They took my money and I heard nothing back, no email verification, nothing. Never replied to my emails and now 6weeks later paypal still won't refund my money and have closed my case against them in their favour. Total rip off.”

“I bought an Office 365 license 2 days ago, was expected by the terms of the contract to receive the key within 24 hours. I received only 2 scam emails from a Belgian reseller. I wrote to this business several times and got nothing yet. Wowcher's customer service is even worse. They told me to give the reseller the time to reply yesterday and the reseller has replied. They responded today as well that I had to wait and still give the reseller other 3 working days. Be careful when you buy from their portal, because the terms of the contract state that you are entitled to 14 days no quibble refund and it's not absolutely true even if you did not receive what you paid for. The Customer service is automated via WhatsApp and they don't give an absolute toss to the fact that their adverts are scams and they are breaching the law. I have paid through Paypal and I will get my money back anyway, but they led me to waste a lot of time and have only stolen data, time and money from me so far.”

“Ordering process on line was unclear and resulted in me ordering the same voucher 3 times . It was not clear on screen that my first order had gone through or that there would be email confirmation, so I repeated the process. Only later did I realise what had happened when I read my emails. As a result I see that I have been billed 3 times. I have emailed Wowcher to ask for a refund for two vouchers.”

“Would give a minus ten. Bought vouchers for a trip to Krakow. When I eventually got through to the travel company, they offered me a night flight which changed in Germany. Would have arrived after 11pm. I explained I am disabled and they then changed me an extra £75 to fly from Stansted direct. In Skyscanner the flight is less than £40! They then assured me that the hotel had good reviews and was suitable for someone with disabilities. When I checked reviews of the hotel, they were terrible and too far away from the sights for me to walk I felt rushed and bullied on the phone when booking. I have tried numerous times to arrange a different hotel but got no response. I have now twice asked for a refund but still haven't heard back.”

“Awful experience. Never again. I faced an issued with my voucher and emailed wowcher about it and DID NOT get any help. Even after weeks of exchanging emails, all I got was repetitive responses, even after explaining the issue clearly, all I received was the same response over and over again. It looks like my emails and clarifications are not being read, instead, Im just being given a copy/paste response and not getting anywhere. Never again.”

“I sent for a set suitcases about October- November so I phoned them they said I didn’t receive them because of some voucher I didn’t no anything aboot a voucher so they told me to try using the voucher again stilled didn’t work then they told me I was using the wrong email so didn’t get them lost £80 bloody 🩸I’ve not got £80 to send for anymore I’ve used the same email for years but it was me that got it wrong I don’t think so WOWCHER”

“First time using Wowcher bought a air fryer but a error code keeps popping up contacted Wowcher but as the error code disappears before we can get a photo to prove to Wowcher we have to pay for a courier to send the product back for Wowcher to check, absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service I will never use Wowcher again,if something sounds to good to be true it is, my advice would be never trust Wowcher”

“At this moment I would say poor, as I cannot redeem my voucher. It only seems to let me do it if I agree to something that costs me £15 a mth. Money has come out of bank for item, so not happy. Never had this problem before.”

“Wowcher Order number - 45966244 Booked a holiday to Madrid with a stay in Manchester the night before to be close to Manchester airport. Prime holidays do not answer the phone or emails. Was told by Wowcher on October 27th they’d cancel and refund, had nothing. Emailed multiple times for a refund and have been ignored. We are over £480.69 out of pocket since the end of October and now due to a lack of refund have to take this to financial and business ombudsman service. Wowcher are scammers. They will take your money and refuse to refund you by using third party companies selling holidays that don’t exist!! Be aware - don’t use Wowcher!”

“The heater was not delivered. The supplier informed me that there were issues with their deliveries. I do not believe that the heater was actually in stock or available. If Wocher are going to use 3rd parties they should ensure they are legitimate. I am awaiting my refund. Very poor service which now leaves me doubting Wocher's ability to provide goods as advertised.”

Thank you for your review. Please use the below, Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details and pay for the delivery, to receive delivery of your order.
