“Bought a hotel stay in December, the company emailed saying my voucher was on its way, it didn't arrive for 3 weeks by which time voucher had expired, when I contacted woucher they just kept replying no refund for expired voucher so I end up paying 120 euro for nothing, don't waste your money it's 100% scam”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I have refunded credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately.
