“The software I have bought is excellent and the price was just right. This is the first time I have bought from Wowcher and I found the process of purchasing quite confusing. Lots of offers were thrust at me on screen and this made it difficult to register and complete my purchase. Downloading and installing the software was also confusing but the Wowcher online support was superb. Everything is working now and I am extremely happy with my purchase.”

“Having used this Wowcher on two occasions previously, it’s such a fantastic bargain and complete value for money. The hotel and facilities are everything we need for a lovely, relaxing overnight stay. The food is delicious and staff can’t do enough to make our stay better. Very welcoming. That’s why we really enjoy such a wonderful break away.”

“I recently purchased the Deluxe Designer Mystery Deal from Wowcher, and while the concept sounded exciting, the experience was a bit underwhelming. The listing promised the chance to receive luxury or designer items at a discounted price, but the actual product I received didn’t really match the “deluxe” or “designer” description. The ordering process itself was straightforward, and delivery was quick — no issues there. However, the lack of transparency about the potential products left me feeling a bit misled. It’s advertised as a fun “mystery” experience, but I expected a higher standard of item quality given the price point and the use of the word “designer.” Overall, if you enjoy surprises and don’t mind taking a gamble, this could be fun. But if you’re expecting a genuine designer product or luxury experience, you may be disappointed.”
