“So, I'm not sure about this voucher. I've redeemed the voucher, but I haven't received any confirmation regarding my order. Also, I found it strange to be able to pay for the voucher without asking me forst for any personal details or even my email address.”

“My daughter bought 2 vouchers for Shimla Pinks in Johnstone Renfrewshire as Christmas gifts for friends. One of her friends has tried to use it over the weekend to be told by the restaurant that they stopped accepting vouchers in December! I called the restaurant myself as these vouchers are STILL being sold on Wowcher to be told by the restaurant that they have tried to contact Wowcher multiple times to ask them to remove this deal from their site but so far Wowcher have not. Please DO NOT but this deal as you are wasting your money and face embarrassment if you are buying as a gift for someone!”

“Very enjoyable break hotel was lovely nice big room and giant bed.staff were very helpful and polite couldn't do enough for us .food was nice especially the breakfast the full English was very tasty.All in all a very good experience.”

“Purchased 2 wowchers for Batman live Glasgow venue @ Royal concert hall. Gifted one to my son. They were impossible to redeem as the wowcher was for P4 seating. When trying to redeem P4 was NOT an option. Contacted wowcher prior to concert and wowcher expiry date and they were absolutely no help at all. Kept giving us generic instructions on how to redeem wowcher. Not listening to us when informing them that the seating choice did not exsist. Then the day after the wowchers expired they told us as they had expired that there was nothing they could do and no refund as they claimed we hadnt redeemed. Shocking customer service. I have bought many many wowchers over past few years and have never had a problem redeeming them.”
