“Totally scammed me when I bought software from them. To redeem I was directed to their supplier site, the download didn’t work on my Mac and the supplier didn’t pick up the phone or answer their own chat. Wowcher refused to refund me saying I redeemed it, though it didn’t work. They then sent a 22 step high complex set of instructions which also didn’t work. Their experience vouchers also quickly run out so I would avoid ever using them again. Checkout the huge Facebook ‘Wowcher rip off group’.”
