Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “The offer was misleading/ false advertisement, the staff at Travelcrew were being pushy with their sales tactics with false information trying to make me pay more money than advertised. I will be taking it further if I don’t receive a full refund to original payment method only. I have given plenty of time to both Wowcher and Travelcrew to provide me with a refund, but all I get from wowcher is give us 72hrs and hear nothing and Travelcrew don’t respond to emails. I am pursuing this further as you are in breach of package tour regulations 2018 and the digital markets, competitions and consumers act 2024. I will also be reporting you to the Advertising standards Authority for false advertisement, CAA, CMA and the FCA ombudsman. And will also start the proceedings for taking this to small claims court.”

“I searched for a specific voucher on teeth whitening. Found it ok & in my area too. It was easy to get the voucher and I have used these people before so I know what I’m getting. Have yet to book a date. I’d advise everyone to keep an eye on the voucher dates as I was a day late on one redemption and lost the voucher & got nothing!!!”
