“Would have been 5 stars but offer said 10%discount if you spent over £50. I spent £76 , but could not find anywhere to put in code EXTRA10 so lost out on £7.60. NOT HAPPY.”

“I'm still trying to get yourselfs to sort out my accidental Duplicate! trying to Get a refund! for same. Most of the email address I've tried to contact you on DON'T WORK ANY MORE, THAT WILL MAKE PEOPLE WORRIED ABOUT ANYTHING THEY PURCHASE! I can't answer the question As I've not got The Refund Yet!”

“Hotel deals are sometimes not very clear to understand e.g offer says one thing but when you look at summery it can be missing something that was advertised in original offer.”

“I've found the deals to be competitive and the process to purchase an item fairly easy. When I had a query in the padt, the agent dealt with it a quick and helpful manner.”

“Always had satisfaction with wowcher but due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel a trip bought on wowcher. Trip company said I had to get refund from wowcher. Not too happy that I got credit put in wowcher wallet with advice to use it within a week or lose it. Had to buy something I wouldn't have normally”

“A good outcome from a query raised, however this was only achieved after some persistence from myself. If I had accepted the agents first response I would have been £70 out of pocket and very unhappy. Once I challenged your customer care policy for a reasonable answer As to why you would not help, the agent responded with a half resolution. Then after further questions on why... the agent came back with a full resolution. Myself and most other customers are not trying to disadvantage businesses we just want fair treatment. This means that wowcher should not assume customers are out to be dishonest.”

“There are some bargains but found it difficult to place my order too much filling in plus i emailed you that i thought i may have otdered 2 hose pipes the reply said you had not received it still wondering?”

“Wow Cher I have found good when buying items however when trying to book a spa day I have found it very confusing. The last thing I purchase I didn’t realise that I have to book in separate to buying the package. So then when I have realised and contacted the spa and hotel they have told me they have no booking at least until next month which is no good for me being heavily pregnant. I now have been informed I have to wait 72 hours before I can ask for a refund and who knows how long until my money will be back into my account before I can book an actual spa day. Hopefully it doesn’t take to long to get a refund after my 72 hours is over. What I thought was going to be a relaxing purchase has stressed me out and caused me more work.”
