“Wow Cher I have found good when buying items however when trying to book a spa day I have found it very confusing. The last thing I purchase I didn’t realise that I have to book in separate to buying the package. So then when I have realised and contacted the spa and hotel they have told me they have no booking at least until next month which is no good for me being heavily pregnant. I now have been informed I have to wait 72 hours before I can ask for a refund and who knows how long until my money will be back into my account before I can book an actual spa day. Hopefully it doesn’t take to long to get a refund after my 72 hours is over. What I thought was going to be a relaxing purchase has stressed me out and caused me more work.”

“NOW I HAVE BOUGHT ABOUT £1000 WITH WOWCHER. AND THE ONLY THING WRONG IS THEY NEVER GIVE YOU ANY CREDIT BACK AN EASY WAY. THEN IT'S ONLY TO SELL YOU MORE. AS YOU HAVE TO SPEND IT IN 24 HOURS. "RIP OFF"”
