Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “Absolute con this company. I baught a Wowcher for a mattress well over a month ago. Never received it, Wowcher customer services just send you the same emails round and round. They won't refund the Wowcher to my card only want to credit to my account and the delivery fee I paid (even tho on bank statements it says Wowcher) they won't even a tiny bit refund. Absolute scam of a company, they may sound cheep but I'm out of pocket with no item and a loop of emails that are all the same response.”

“WOWCHER TRAVEL DAILY LIGHT ROBBERY!!! Wowcher do not response to complaints, and WhatsApp. They do not have contact number to speak to them it's an automated service you cannot personally speak to anyone. Do not purchase any travel Wowcher deals daylight robbery it is not a cheap deal. Don't be fooled! This is the first time using Wowcher Travel, It's been by far the worse experience, eye opening stressful and extremely worrying and not to mention how much it's actually costing. When you look at the whole cost and see you could have booked with big major company and have all these extra including, no stress, straight forward easy booking, receipt for payments you made, breakdown of what's included etc. It's acutally sickening to think you been totally robbed! (Do NOT book anything with TravelOdeal on Wowcher) I have not even gone away yet and I have so much worry and concerns. I actually don't want to go total runied through the experience of booking. A £69 Wowcher Travel Deal Wowcher £138 + X2 £4.99 per voucher fees Travelodeal £138 (stated this was for flying in and out one local airport. HOTEL Supplement charge £9 per person for 3 nights Baggage Cost £29.99 per person per flight for 10kg luggage Resort Transfer Travelodeal quoted £19 per person Total cost booking so far £463.92 how is this a £69 Deal So far holiday has cost £317.42 without adding out baggage. Add your airport and luggage soon bumps it up even more. Wowcher haven't responded despite raising a complaint”

“Don’t bother wasting your money. You can’t speak to anyone. I can’t collect the voucher. What started as a surprise gift for my nethew has turned out to be a nightmare. Can I get hold of anyone ? No chance. It would be easier to contact the royal family. It’s all a scam. Stay away.”

“Not received the gaming chair despite paying 16.99 for delivery plus the company say they don’t have the details this is the 2 nd thing I have ordered and paid for and not had delivered( Pikachu soft things)”

“My first experience of using Wowcher has been a disaster and I will not be using it again. Initial attempts to register failed but eventually worked. Attempts to purchase the deal I wanted then became a nightmare because the voucher code was invalid and getting answers and communicating with wowcher is made as difficult as possible. I will not be happy until I get my money back.”

“Useless in every way possible, system lets me order 2things on same wowcher voucher, then only one arrives, pay extra for fast delivery takes 6 days longer, item not as shoen in pictures as supplied lights have to be stuck on & they are of very poor quality & dim.Not interested in faulty items supplier also same saying I had to pay postage costs for return, not bothered with returning as no doubt an excuse will arise not to refund me, items now have been binned. Thanks wowcher for wasting my money & time!”

“I have just been informed that my refunded money from a previous purchase in August had a timeline and should've been used earlier than i did i December..... I have not heard anything so RIDICULOUS in these rules!!!!!! After speaking to multiple people via email. I was given the same standard reply...... Your credit balance and the expiry date of any credit was visible at any time by logging onto the site and viewing your “My Account” page. In this instance, you are not eligible for any refund or reapplication of the credit in line with our terms and conditions: https://www.wowcher.co.uk/page/e-commerceterms is this?..... MMMMMM I suppose its in the tinnnny small print that so hard to see!!@!@@ got u by the short and curlies!!!! as unless you know that there is a chance they will take it from you why would you check as there should not be an expiry date on your money!!!! And there is nothing we as consumers can do!!!! Except read the standard response that was sent in every Reply over 4 messages!! No help from customer service at all!! There should not be an EXPIRY on my money!!!!!! I should NOT be told as and when I should spend it.....its not like it was years it was only a few months. The company is just a bunch of robbers. Stick your company!!!! I will be using Groupon from now due to the ridiculous RULES and robbing antics. And I shall be informing my family and friends who also use WOWCHER to not bother!!. Absolutely shocking and disgusting service. And YES I'm upset 😡 absolute JOKE.”

“Owed £266.99 refund ? Since October placed an order by mistake! Informed immediately and told I would be refunded. This has NOT happened. So no purchase received as order placed by mistake and no refund? Why?? £266.99 Will never use Wowcher . Have used them many times before .This is how a VIP customer is rewarded ???”

“I ordered and paid for two compact phone chargers on 7/12/2023. Only one arrived yesterday and the retractable leads do not retract. Spent lots of time trying to find contact details but no response received . I want a full refund for faulty purchase and purchase not received”

“Customer service is horrendous . People should avoid purchasing from here . They are so unhelpful. I will never use them again . I purchased two of the same item in one purchase . Redeemed it . Only one turned up . Apparently I had two separate codes for one purchase of two items . So now it’s expired I have lost out on my sweatshirt and also my money . They won’t refund me”

“Lost over £100 thinking I was buying a bed that I had detailed delivery date. Transpired I had bought a voucher that expired. Be aware you can not do credit card charge back if yo think miss sold as vouches have no money value and because your buying a voucher you have little or no come back. I suspect this company makes a fortune out of misleading selling.”

“bought 3 light up penguins for 14 pound which believe it or not is a lot of money to me and wowcher sent me 1 flat penguin on a plastic cover basically a picture they keep wasting my time asking for details they already have and I've already sent the item back I'm so disgusted with them I will never use them again the customer service is appalling stay away from these crooks”
