“Wowcher has treated me appallingly after years of being a faithful customer. I searched the site and my emails for my vouchers expiry date and couldn’t find it anywhere! Then whilst scrolling, I accidentally touched the ‘extend’ button and was automatically charged £52.49 to extend my voucher by a few days. No warning, just the accidental touch of a button. And they point blank refuse to refund me. It’s but me into financial difficulty as I’m already having to sell things due to hardship. I’m disgusted with wowcher and will never order from them again. Do not trust them!!!”

“Found the site very confusing. To much going on about wowchers. When it came to finalising purchased was not sure I'd done it right. Went back next day to discover I had nit. Sorted I had nit paid delivery. Parcel delivered but not at my home. So never received it. Cannot find where to speak to someome”

“I ordered a bed and it said delivery 3/3 or before. This never happened. They then said 7/3. Then they tried to deliver it 6/3 and they said no one was in but I was. Regardless they said delivery 7/3. Now Wowcher expect me to pay another £30 delivery. My son is also sleeping on the floor due to this. Avoid avoid avoid it’s disgusting”

“should be no stars. I have applied to this knowing there would be additional fees but I did not know those additional fees would have been another 99£ per person and not only that, they have sent us to the furthest away airport, meaning we have to get another flight booked by ourselves to our destination. This is mad. DO NOT BUY THIS.”

“Hopeless customer service. Bought a spa day voucher for a spa in Surrey. The booking was messed up even before attending due to staff not understanding what you get on the deal. Said to cancel and refund me. Still awaiting refund. Wowcher impossible to talk to. You have to deal with them on what’s app and then they eventually correspond with an email. You know that you are dealing with somebody in an overseas call centre due to the grammer errors in their responses and any responses you do get are days apart. Do your self a favour and make your booking elsewhere. Oh and they like to reply to any reviews apologising and saying they will look in to the issue but this is just for show. Nobody actually seems to deal with the problem. When customer service is as poor as this a company will usually not survive (although they sometimes just change their name). Buyers beware.”

“Cancelled Wowcher gift voucher stating that Wowcher will no longer honour their payments. Apparently lots of customers have suffered this. For us it was just weeks before our adventure. They need to sort this out with Wowcher and give customers refunds and a good explanation. Wowcher now refusing refund as are Adventure 001”

“I ordered a Microsoft Office 365 expecting to receive a Microsoft key but the supplier (Softkeycart) has provided a dodgy new Microsoft account linked to Kwame Nkrumah Academy. I cannot use the product with my Microsoft account as expected. I have just seen numerous reviews of people complaining about the same and I am surprised that the misleading product is still listed on their website. Avoid this product!”

“Confusing, complex and misleading platform. Legal action need to be taking against this company for misleading buyers. I made a purchase only to realise I had to redeem my purchase after 3 days that I was expecting it to have been delivered. I contact customer service on what’s app to find out and I was directed to redeem with another money for delivery which is understandable but the system took payment twice and I did not get any confirmation email. Still asking me for payment. My order number is 46986601. I end up spending beyond my budget and still did not get what I bought. Please refund my money.”

“BUYER BEWARE I ordered a step treadmill at a price of £128.99 when I went to redeem the voucher there website would not accept my postcode, saying it could not deliver to this address. I tried to contact woucher several times but I had no response so I contacted PayPal to escalate the case after about a month they said I was not entitled to buyers protection. I got in touch with Woucher again they asked a few questions. Now they say I am not entitled to a refund, Remember it was there website that would not accept my postcode. Now I am a Disabled pensioner £128.99 out of pocket”
