Their website is very comprehensive and easy to use; their prices always competitive and their delivery commitments met, or even exceeded. “Purchased the master touch Weber kettle and I’m delighted with it . I did have a queery as I had a little metal disc that attaches to the handle and wasn’t on the instructions . I e mailed wow BBQ who explained it did form part of the latest models ( so why do Weber include it ? Did I therefore receive an older model? ) communication from Wow BBQ was great throughout very prompt replies to any questions , I would buy from them again .”
