“Found site while looking for a specific Weber BBQ, found it at the best price and free delivery. I actually had to call them to make sure it was genuine deal - which it was. New BBQ arrived with in two days. Would reccomend WOWBBQ very impressed. Steve (April 24)”

“I tried to place my order online, but there was an issue with the payment. WOWBBQ phoned me, and we were able to get the trabnsaction done over the phone. However, i got a call later to say that the BBQ I ordered wa sno longer in stock. I arranged for a replacemnet, and advised a refund ( for the balance) would be issued immediately. I had to chase this up a copuple of days later. The delivery was prompt and efficient, and no issues.”

“Very happy with the service i received from wowbbq. Yesterday with the tiny bit of sunshine we managed to use our new Weber (had a charcoal Weber for years) so much easier than the charcoal one. The only issue I think you might like to address is the flexibility of delivery. I didn’t wait long for delivery and therefore was no problem with the actual delivery. My problem was that I was notified of delivery but was unable to alter it in any way. Fortunately (by chance my husband was at home) I think perhaps offering customers a delivery date would make a big difference., But great service and would recommend wowbbq., Jean Helsby”

“Quick service although handle had been damaged in transit. Straightened out but enamel had chipped off where it had bent. Cannot rate 5 stars due to this issue.”

“Great communication from WOWBBQ and I'm very pleased with the product. I removed one star for the performance of the courier, I received no communication from them. I had to call WOW for the tracking number and didn't receive a call to inform me that they were on their way.”

“WOWBBQ were great. Price was good, website was good, payment process good, next day delivery brilliant. The only letdown was their delivery company. They left our whole order including the Weber Grill on our doorstep, with the second box broken up completely. Surprised nothing got lost. WOW left down by third party company. Would have been 5* but for delivery.”

“Repeat Weber customer. Competitive pricing although a minimum is set by Weber that they can’t exceed... but if you buy a bundle e.g.with cover there can be savings. Fast free delivery and always someone at the end of phone/email to quickly answer queries. My only gripe is that I don’t get a repeat customer loyalty discount.”

“The bbq cover arrived promptly, finally, although I had been looking for the appropriate cover for my bbq for 6 months and repeatedly saw 'out of stock' each time I searched the website. Finally I rang and was told that this one replaced the one I had been ordering.... that might have been made clear on the website and I could have purchased it much earlier. The cover looks good but although there are straps on the side, to cinch it in a little, there are none at the base, hopefully the wind will not be able to displace it. Will report again if there is a problem. Thank you. Wendy Ledwold”

“Delivery very good,item slightly damaged on lid handle but didn't notice until very last thing as I installed the handle,also lid doesn't sit flush unless it's slightly turned around.not enough to send back as I had put it together.other than that looks fantastic but not used as yet”

“Ordered Weber Piza stone, it came only packed in its original box with no outer packaging, the original packaging was completely ruined with bashed-in corners and deep scuffs as this was for a present it was very disappointing as it ruined the presentation. Otherwise would have given 5 stars”

“Sometimes you buy something online and when it doesn’t work getting a replacement or refund is a nightmare but WowBBQ dealt with my complaint swiftly and with 24 hours a replacement was on its way. The fault was not WowBBQs but they dealt with it efficiently and I would buy from them again.”
