“All I can say is WOW...(pun intended)😉 The best customer service I have experiences in a long long time. Even better, they supply a phone number so that you can talk to a live human and not just have to go opnline. Ian is amazing and patiently answered all my questions. “I've now used wowbbq a few times and they have always gone above and beyond. The price has always been competitive, and so far not been beaten on the price from any alternative. “Great service, thank you. Living in one of the Channel Islands meant most sellers wouldn't deliver here, but this was easily arranged with a phone call. Arrived safe and sound in just 3 working days. And the BBQ itself (Weber Spirit EP-335 GBS) is just excellent. Thanks and highly recommended.”
