This item could easily have been put into a cardboard box, which would have fitted through my large letter box. But the powers to be at Wolf decided to wrap this item in so much bubble wrap & plastic wrapping that it would not fit through my letter box, thus causing me to take a trip to my nearest Royal Mail sorting office the following day. Your items are very good, but your wrapping business is abysmal. Sorry, David Falconer
