Extremely poor customer service, which really deserves a 'nil star' categorisation rather than one star. After several decades of being a loyal customer one would expect at least a level of courtesy and service. Future buyers be warned, if you expect customer service, shop elsewhere.

Delighted with the tools and delivery time but the quality of the packaging materials was terrible - the handle arrived with half of the box missing - very lucky to have it arrive intact and damage free. Tools were wrapped in bubble wrap and black plastic and were scuffed and dirty. The products deserve better packages to represent a quality brand

Awful experience with this company. I placed an order and advised them I needed it within the five days they confirmed for delivery. I waited two days and called the company to enquire as to the status of the order. The man checked for me and advised it was being despatched the following morning and I would definitely receive it the next day. The next day in the late afternoon, I received a cursory, generic email cancelling my order as it was out of stock and offering no further assistance. I spoke to a supervisor who could not tell me when it would next be in stock and told me they don't work from a live system and there was nothing he could do despite the assurances given by his colleague. Do not rely on this company to deliver what you order.

This company sent me an email asking me to give them a five star review. As I have not yet received the item I ordered I consider this to be really jumping the gun and think they have an almighty cheek to ask such a thing. So only one star I’m afraid.

It’s been a more than 7 days since placing the order 379559 Can’t make a call as you are not accepting calls. Disappointed with the service.

Tried ordering online. When finalising payment, system says Whoops there is a problem, try again. Having tried 3 times, still get message that there is a problem, try again. On checking with credit card company, find that World of Wolf have processed the failed transaction, 3 times. Only method to contact World of Wolf is via email. which takes 5 days for a reply. Also that once an order is placed it is final and no cancellation is accepted. No problem for me if only do one order, but don't want 3 of the same item.

What went wrong? Ask Lee who i am dealing with. My secateurs arrived damaged in torn old used packaging and all he says is send a photo which i have done now 3 TIMES. All he says is i am sorry but i can not see any fault.. The blade has a chip in it that makes the cut not clean..Andrew Perigo

If you like the tracking number not to work, no answers to your emails asking when the second box will be delivered (couldn’t send as one shipment for some reason, but that was not an issue), so then have to call up yourselves to ask what is happening only to not be told anything other than courier will deliver/courier will call you/no they we will not call you back etc etc... well then go ahead and use these patronising world of wolf money grabbing/politeness lacking people of a world lacking in descent customer services. Communication is all that matters. I would be happy to wait two weeks for the items, honestly, what I don’t like is phones that don’t answer, told to wait for a courier to call who takes 2 days to finally call, a cant be bothered “customer service” gent on the “service” number and to waste my time chasing for info that is not forth coming. Yes you were patronising on the phone to me today and no I will not use you again. Politeness and owning a problem goes a long way in customer services and having my money is not a right to be rude or not bothered. Shame on you and try and learn from this or what’s the point other than selling stuff? Poor show!

Hi Mat, The team and I were all disappointed to see your comments. Whilst you did threaten to leave us a bad review, we had hoped that you would change your mind. We do not take kindly to customers who try to bully us on the phone and then leave personal comments online in an attempt to further upset our team. Using terms like patronising / rude / money grabbing / indecent is wholly unnecessary and frankly, not true. As such we felt compelled to respond to you here. Your order was shipped on time, it was delivered on time, as far we know it arrived in perfect condition. The delivery service that you selected is our free standard 3-4 working day option, this is untracked. However, as per your request; we organised for the courier to call you to provide tracking information. This was attempted on a few occasions but sadly you didn't pick up. A voicemail was then left for you, something you initially denied receiving, later confirmed by you to the courier. We feel that you've not been very fair with us and hope that on reflection you will decide to remove this review. However, should you feel that your comments are appropriate, we hope that prospective customers will be reassured by our response.
