“Very quick response and good service but let down by the delivery company. I took the afternoon off to await delivery but then the tracking stopped. Queried it with the company who said that their driver had been called off to collect a parcel. Had to drive 15 miles to collect my parcel.”

“World of Wolf dispatched the fruit picker quickly on the Monday and it should have been delivered on Wednesday. Unfortunately APC made a total fiasco of the delivery. It was promised on Wednesday, but didn't appear. Same again on Thursday. They promised to deliver before 12.00 on Friday - and I got an email at 13.39 saying they had tried to deliver but I wasn't in - as I was on the phone to them! They delivered it to the wrong house, despite my having given the office precise and specific directions to the house, including our what3words location. It finally was delivered on Saturday morning. I wrote a strong letter of complaint, and asked for compensation as I had had to wait around and wasted 3 days and had to abandon plans for a fishing trip. I was also told I had to complain via world of Wolf. I informed Lee who was concerned and apologetic. He promised to contact APC and get back to me. He didn't get back to me and I don't know the results of him contacting the local APC depot. I will never willingly use APC again. The fruit picker worked great!”

“I would have given a 5 star review. But I didn’t get a consignment number for tracking. However the carrier obliged, and it came when they said it would. Quality appears to be good and I can’t wait to put new tools to use.”

“Great prices and all interchangeable tools arrived a couple days late - this is the courier used. Which is why I gave the 4 star rating- the handle (key part) is still not here but driver has indicated on their website both packages have been delivered. Please ensure all goods can be sent in one trip and maybe use a different courier to fix this glitch!”

“What a poor service! I bought Wolf Garten lawn rake two years ago and it broke recently. This item claims to have a 35 year guarantee. When I tried to claim on the guarantee, Wolf’s response was. ‘Sorry, you must retain the original proof of purchase to make a claim’, Absolute rubbish service! Are we supposed to keep the original proof of purchase for 35 years? I’ve used Wolf tools for many years, but this has made me thing again. Their 35 year guarantee isn’t worth a thing!”

“Excellent response times between ordering and receiving goods. However, my one complaint is that an item packaged with my 4m pole was inadequately packaged and has scratched the pole during transit. Nothing major but noticeable when you run your hand up and down the pole during normal use. Please use protective bubble wrap when more than one item is included.”

“No response at all from "customer service" until adverse review put in. They claimed my message had gone into "Junk". Anyway, they offered to refund but then I found it was MY mistake and product WAS compatible with my pole!”
