“Very good services and good garden tools”

“The tools are really good and work well. The extension range of the lopper is excellent, if quite heavy to balance at full reach. However the delivery was poor, arriving in separate packages on different days despite ordering as a bundle and confirming a delivery day. There were no instructions, information, warranty advice etc etc, whatsoever, just the tools in a basic cardboard box.”

“I've bought a number of Wolf tools over the years, mostly from World of Wolf. All are still in use and I use them often. Never had a problem. Latest item, a pair of extendable anvil loppers I've not used yet but I expect they will last many years.”

“The mini handle does the job. Better than the earlier model. Generally Wolf tools are very good but they won't come up with a side handle to use on longer handles. It would be a game changer.”

“Nothing wrong with Wolf Garten except their choice of courier in APC. I have received one part of the order, but even after 4 phone calls, I am still waiting for the 2nd part.”

“Turned up after ordered very quickly. Tried to use an Android device but couldn't differentiate billing address and shipping address which worked on my desktop. Also not obvious the carrier email was related to World of Wolf so as I am aware of many emails scams relating to rogue emails I ignored it.”

“Brilliant for light weeds on the patio but requires scrubbing for larger weeds. Wire brush clogs a bit if the earth is wet. Howvere the best tool I've found so far for path weeds. Simple and effective.”

“I have a number of Wolf tools, sadly the handle just became detached on our secateurs after 5 years use. Luckily we kept the receipt, no issue full refund from retailer. Having found the on line ordering direct, i use this now for everything. Replacement secateurs direct were £5 less than i paid retail 5 years ago, can't wait to get the replacement to use as a busy time of year for pruning! Great company, excellent tools backed by a 10 year guarantee, perfect!”
