“Got my clogs delivered to Ireland and got stung for import tax due to brexit. Would try a European based company in future.”

“These are really lovely clogs to look at, but unfortunately not totally comfortable to walk in. I find there's not enough roll in the sole so the upper bruises the upper part of my foot. I'm hoping that over time they might get more comfortable”

“ordered replacement boots I needed urgently for work, choose next day delivery and paid extra for that. The boots arrived 5 days later. Would have appreciated better logistics from this company.”

“I don't know this firm apart from buying their gardening clogs and the only adverse comment that I would make is that these seem to attract stones which I have to keep stopping to remove. I am sure that they would be fine on non-stony ground.”

“I purchased some Birkenstock slippers as a Christmas present but they were too small. I returned them for a refund two weeks ago and have had no response. I have had no response to a subsequent telephone call but may be the company is in Covid lockdown and they will deal with the refund later but an acknowledgment would be appreciated.”

“The company has a real issue with representing the colour of its products online.... I have made two attempts to buy both clogs and clog boots, as I’m a clogs fan. In both cases I have had to return my orders as the items bear no resemblance to the products online. If you, like me rely on an honest and reliable product description and buy in good faith, do not expect this from World of Clogs.”

“I’ve recently bought AM toffein clogs. They’re more or less what I expected except that the soles are very poor. Despite the ribbed pattern they give almost no protection against slipping and I’ve had to have them resoled immediately. According to W of C, 3 stars means “acceptable” but I definitely don’t apply the word to the soles!”

“Well it’s been over 2 weeks since I placed my order and still no sign of my sandals. I contacted customer service and they were great, they got back to me right away and told me my order had shipped the next day. Unfortunately that’s all the info they could give me, they sent them by post with no tracking number?! Why wouldn’t they send them with a company that could trace them? How do they even know if orders are received? Customer service told me to wait 25 days, which kinda sucks and I probably wouldn’t have ordered from them if I had known it would take this long. But I do understand that things are different right now so I’ll patiently wait my 25 days and hope they arrive soon!”

“No problems with the ordering and delivery. My only problem was they were to small for my big wide foot . So I had to send them back at my cost. Didn’t order another pair in a larger size in case they didn’t fit. Have been given a refund of the original payment so Will put it down to just one of those things that happen”
