“Spoke to a very helpful representative and then ordered on line. Order was safely and promptly received. I did mention an issue I have had with recent products, namely that the rubber sole and heel attachments tend to detach from the clog quite quickly which means that they have to be replaced more frequently than used to be the case. Maybe something worth looking into. I am though very happy that World of Clogs is available to cater for my footwear requirements!”

“Ordered two pairs of clogs. They arrived quickly and well packaged. Both pairs were really good quality but, sadly, did not fit my foot problem. Would definitely order from this company again. One thing worth noting is that returns are paid for by the customer and can work out costly.”

“I havnt worn them yet as I have broken my foot However, I found the last pair, Supportive, excellent for good posture , comfortable once worn in about 2 weeks. Very attractive, with many comments. Easy to keep clean and lasted well.”

“I made an order on 27 September 2022 and my product has not arrived yet (18 October 2022). This is way more time than the 3 to 5 days that the delivery is supposed to take. I wrote to them and just told me to contact Royal Mail. I contacted Royal Mail and they said that the seller has to contact them. I sent an email to World of Clogs informing them about this and they have not responded. Poor customer service. *Updated after I received the product and a customer representative contacted me to apologise and explain the situation.”

“I received an email, on the day of expected delivery, informing me that my item was out of stock. Which was a shame, but they offered me a full refund or I could pick an alternative. I chose the refund and received it within 5 days. No quibbles.”

“The clogs look great. Take a bit of getting used to walking in them, but has helped my heel pain already. Only problem is some rubbing on top of foot which gave me a blister. Would benefit from a little cushioning around the top edge”

“I have bought about 6/7 pairs in the past for work..and they have been extremely comfortable..but the latest pair I bought are so uncomfortable..my feet really are so sore by the end of my shift”
