I made an order on 27 September 2022 and my product has not arrived yet (18 October 2022). This is way more time than the 3 to 5 days that the delivery is supposed to take. I wrote to them and just told me to contact Royal Mail. I contacted Royal Mail and they said that the seller has to contact them. I sent an email to World of Clogs informing them about this and they have not responded. Poor customer service.
*Updated after I received the product and a customer representative contacted me to apologise and explain the situation.
