I have worked with Phil to roll out a consistent and on-brand range across the Club and its numerous contractors, and using our customised portal we have made core items easily accessible to those who require them with little intervention. Beth, responsible for our account, is refreshingly proactive and seamlessly deals with any potential issues in supply and other day-to-day queries: easier said than done for an admittedly demanding client such as ours! I had the opportunity to visit the facility and be guided through the end-to-end processes by the Operations Manager, James. The site radiates efficiency from inbound garments to delivered finished goods and is an exemplar of continuous improvement.”
