“Returned a pair of work trousers to exchange for a different size as per return sheet only to be told my money was being refunded and no exchange was offered. Although the correct order was sent 1 pair of pants seemed slightly smaller on the waist size hence being returned as per instructions provided”

The other 4 items I like very much especially the slim stretch Chinos as they are a great fit and very well made. The T shirts and Polo are also good quality and fit well.
