“I recently wrote a five star review for Workwear Express, highlighting the fantastic customer service from Tina Gibbs. I would now like to add onto that. Everyone in this company is so helpful, but I would particularly like to mention Gary Foster, who has, like Tina, sorted out problems and been, quite simply, delightful to communicate with. It is people like this who build up a brilliant reputation for companies. Obviously, in the final analysis, the product is the most important outcome. However, a friendly and understanding voice on the other end of the phone can be the difference between using and not using a company. I am well aware of how busy you all are at the moment, but Gary could not have been more helpful, patient and in a word, HUMAN, as he dealt with me. Again, I could not recommend this company highly enough, and so much of this recommendation is contributed to the excellent customer service from people like Gary and Tina. Thank you again, and I now look forward to my sweatshirt delivery.”

“I run a Youth Theatre and wanted some customised T shirts in the summer. Your choice is massive and I didn't know where to start. I spoke to the wonderful Tina and she could not have been more helpful. Apart from sounding like a totally lovely person, she really had excellent knowledge about your products and thus I took her advise and could not be happier. She was also very long suffering with me as I was backwards and forwards trying to get the text exactly as I wanted it. WE DID IT and it was all BRILLIANT! She also made sure that I had a speedy delivery. I was delighted. I am now looking for winter sweatshirts with the same logo. AGAIN, Tina has helped me to make a decision, giving me clear advice on the best quality ones to go for ie for wash and wear. Tina sorted everything out over the phone and made my job so much easier. I am now looking forward to the samples arriving and hope to place my order, for our customised Sweatshirts, with Tina, later today. Thank you so much.”

“We always order our workwear from Workwear Express and have always found the quality to be excellent and prices reasonable. It would be good to get more discounts for returning customers though, as prices can be steep with customisation.”

“Three lots of deliveries later and still items are wrong. I only ordered 6 items in total and can’t quite understand how the application was so poor and for the majority missing from items I’d paid for them to applied to. Someone asked me the other day where I got the bodywarmer I was wearing from. I told them and explained I’d never be placing another order. The customer service from the people I spoke to in the office couldn’t have been better with handling the complaints though.”

“Didn't buy off here in the end. Too many hidden charges that you only find out until you get to the checkout stage. Was supposed to be £14 for the fleece but the total cost for one ends up around £80”

“I would have marked zero if possible. Please stop claiming wrinkle free fabric for the uneek white oxford short sleeve shirt with button down collar. It is a downright lie!”

“Evrythings has gone wrong since September - wrong items sent out, wrong artwork printed on items. NO LOGO printed on items and it just keeps going nad going. We have now had to refund all our customers uniforms and are out of pocket . We've received no customer service and it seems like no one cares about us. Absolutely ridiculous way to treat customers and we will certainly be finding another supplier but it's quite clear no one at workwear express cares about this at all.”

“Hi Everyone, I had purchased the premier aprons customised for my new business. The quality of the aprons are very good. Workwear Express are very good at customising your uniforms. Once I accomplished sending out an EPS Digital on just what I requested, the product was off to the art department and waiting for approval all within the same day. The delivery came the day they said and there were no delays. I definitely recommend Workwear Express to anyone looking for some quality products and sharp looking uniforms for any business!!!! In the future I will head straight to Workwear Express for a reorder.”
