“It all felt rather automated, emails from different people but no one allocated to me and they had the feel of website generated responses. The apron was fine, although not what I wanted when I saw it. I sent an reply email to both sales@workwearexpress.com and mike.barker@workwearexpress.com who had sent the confirmation of my order, asking if I could return the apron for a refund and did not receive a reply from either. This added to my feeling that I was one tiny part of a huge system and that my email would simply be ignored and I'd get fed up and go away eventually. And that's what I've done!”

“Brilliant customer service. The site was very easy to use and ordering was a dream. The speed and efficiency after ordering was impeccable and delivery was very prompt, so prompt, In fact, it arrived before time. I love the t-shirts material very nice on the skin. The length for both the male and female t-shirts not only in the body but arm lengths as well are spot on. I have washed both several times now and no shrinkage. So as you can see I am one very happy customer and would have no hesitation in using work wear express again. Thank you”

“I required a plain white polo shirt but couldn't find a decent quality one anywhere! Found this site, ordered late evening on Tuesday and hey presto! Received a good quality shirt the following Thursday morning! Most impressed with the communications, the quality of the shirt and the very speedy delivery! I will use them again and recommendEd to my team-mates.”

“I was very pleased with the quality of my tabard sizing is just right more length on the side strip for the larger waistline being a 3xl myself it was very comfortable ,there is just one critasizum I would have and that is a bit more length you do longer lengths but not in the larger size otherwise id have a few more of them .”
