“I sent a e mail asking if you had a 36 inside leg as I'm 6'9 and I had a reply saying this is what your looking for which was the poor size guide not stating what the inside leg is apart from just saying L XL etc not very clear at all”

“I ordered the wrong shirts, I realised my mistake when they arrived. I phoned up & was sent a free returns label by email 10 minutes later. My order was retaken over the phone. The next day my order arrived. When my returns were received my account was refunded. I was kept informed all the time by email. Great customer service, I would recommend Workwear Express.”

“Absolute diabolical after sales service. I ordered 3 XL hoodies, with Orange embroidered logos. 1st error the proof was emailed to me and it was white embroidery. That was rectified. Next my order arrived, Right colour, Right coloured logos..WRONG SIZE!!! XL YOUTH. I specifically stated XL. I mean come on, who do they think I have working for me 3 of the seven Dwarfs??? The hoodies, barely fit my 9yr old. Now the refuse to reimburse me or send the right order. I am totally disgust with them and, I would tell anyone, to think again before placing an order.”

“we were meant to get these next day delivery however it took a few weeks, we rang were told that they were meant to have called us to ask if we wanted our logo on (but they didn't) i confirmed that we didn't want a logo so they said they would be sent out the next day....2 days came and went still nothing, i called back and received and apology and they would be with us on the monday.....monday came and again nothing....I rang and got told they were not in stock and had to be ordered (why this wasn't done when the order was placed 2 weeks earlier i have no idea) we eventually got them, the quality was good (its not their product anyway) but the service was rubbish. shame really. express work-wear was far from express.....”

“T - shirts were fantastic, good communication - when the original logo I had sent wasn't working the designer asked for a higher res as opposed to just printing it anyway. Will definitely use workwear express again. Cheers, Julia - Tomatin Distillery”
