“A very satisfactory purchase. My granddaughter I just needed some plain long sleeved cotton Tshirts which seem to be quite difficult to find on the high street. The Fruit of the Loom t shirts are very reasonably priced, come in great colours and are tough and serviceable.”

“On an order that was supposed to be 'next day' Im still waiting from last week, only to be emailed that you hope to deal with my order in 48hrs!.. Not happy at all. I was told I would be called on this 1st thing Monday morning, I had to call in to generate any update, which btw, is a further delay. Its now Tues morning 15 Nov 2016. While we do try to get all plain garments to our customers next working day, it can sometimes take up to 3-5 working days depending on the products ordered. “I haven't received my package yet and I needed it by tomorrow at the latest as I go away on Wednesday, I'm not sure it's your fault but it's probably the fault of one of your providers D P D. I asked for the delivery address to be changed to Halfords in Bedford but it has not arrived yet. I would be grateful if you could investigate this and let me know what has happened or will happen to my order. As I said earlier in this message I am away from Wednesday until 30th November so unless you can contact me tomorrow I will not be contactable until 30th November”

“ordered two items.. one took over a week to arrive and the tracking details I was given didn't track my delivery. The second item didn't arrive until I sent two emails to customer services asking for a delivery date, the first email was ignored and the second answered with a " I will look into it and get back to you" well they didn't get back to me it just arrived the next day.. nearly three weeks after ordering... all in all a very poor experience for a very simple order and I wont use again”

“The service was excellent and from that point I would certanly deal with you again. However I can't say the same about the products I purchesed, i know they were cheap but I have teashirts that are warmer. I only bought these to see if thay were any good before buying more expensive one's, but i think I will stick to the teashirts. Many thanks for the interest, it good to know that some companies still believe in service. best Stuart”
