“Excellent trouble-free service! Came within a day of ordering!! Had been looking for long sleeve t-shirts for my husband. Quite hard to get and these just fitted the bill. He is very pleased also!!”

“I ordered a sweatshirt from these people over three weeks ago and have still not received it. I have phoned up and emailed to be told that it would be sorted and still nothing. So no I would not recommend this company.”

“Despite paying over the odds for next day delivery, the item I ordered was "apparently" dispatched 2 working days later. The item then failed to arrive. 2 phone calls were made to Workwear Express web sales team, and on both occasions a promise was made to look into the delivery, contact the courier and phone me back. I never received any phone calls back from Workwear Express, and so 9 days after the order was placed, and still with no delivery having been made, I cancelled the order (by phone to Workwear Express). I was promised a refund in 2 working days. After 4 working days, when no refund had been made, I raised a dispute with the payment provider, Paypal. Only then did Workwear Express make a refund. However, Workwear Express only refunded the price of the item, and not the delivery charge, which as no delivery was ever made, I should have been refunded the entire amount. I will never use Workwear Express again, and will go out of my way not to recommend them. I bought the exact same item from Ebay, and the postage was half the amount Workwear Express charged, and the item was received next day.”

“I was very disappointmed with the sizing. This company is not unique in this area. It seems that workwear blouses are very fitted in comparisson to off the peg wear. The difference between size 22 and 24 was nil. I was so surprised how ill fitting these blouses were and so snug for supposedly generous XL sizes.”

We will pass this information on to our purchasing department who will speak to our supplier to see if the sizing stated is correct based on the garment measurements. If you feel that the sizing of the garment doesn't match what you expected when purchasing the garment from us, we can arrange to have the garment collected in order to have a full inspection carried out to see if the measurements of the garments match the tolerance we would expect. “The price was very low for a shirt but the quality was top class. The service was excellent delivered the next day as promised. No need to track it, just order and when you wake up the next day it is here. Brilliant.”

“I was delighted with the fast delivery of the 2 sweat shirts and even more so with the fit and quality. It's years since I bought a Fruit of the Loom product but they were always good and clearly things haven't changed. I shall be buying more. “Still haven't received my product over a week and a half later. Chased yesterday spoke to a guy who said he would ring me by 12 noon today.... nothing. Order showed it was out for delivery last week but no calling card package LOST!?”
