“I haven't got my delivery yet - at point of purchasing I phoned to to ask if you could improve on my expected delivery of the 10th July. I was told to add my request to the comments box. I received my confirmation with the dispatch date of the 10th (i could live with that - our event started on the 10th) through the week I received proof emails, the first was wrong but the second i approved- i was then told my order would be dispatched 5 days later! I emailed to responses pretty much of "well that's what it is!" to then have an email sent with an updated dispatch confirmation of the 14th, I said i wasn't happy and i would have taken my business elsewhere had i known of the true time scale. I have purchased Corporate wear this year from Charles Thrwhitt, Durham Business Wear and yourselves, all have been embroided in the same timescale and the Polo shirts are the only items that have failed to arrive. If you can get me this order ASAP i would be very grateful Kind regards Joan”

“The quality of the embroidery was outstanding compared to other company's I have used. The turn around time was a little slow but I suspect that was down to it being my first order and the images had to be converted and finalised before the order could go ahead. I will be ordering again”

“Absolutely abysmal. Was guaranteed 2 day delivery before paying, but was then told that the items I ordered were actually out of stock. They were out of stock for a month in total, and I was told that a refund wasn't possible. When the order did finally arrive, they had printed the wrong logo on the back of the shirts. I had to send these back, it then took another month to have the correct order sent to us. This was still wrong, with a shirt missing, but by this point I literally couldn't be bothered to deal with these cowboys anymore. If you're at all unsure of just how bad they are, have a read of their Google reviews. Avoid like the plague.”

“Previously deliveries have been very good. In this case delivery has been late and poor. I'm told that my email went into "Katie's junk email" and this happens all the time. Hardly my fault that this has happened - is junk email not checked?”

“WOrkwear Express - SO496532 Ordered on 15 June and today had to contact again. Order still not processed. Cancelled the order. There is no process for ensuring orders go through. You depend on the customer to contact you. Poor service. Wont be ordering again and will advise others to follow suit.”
