“68 happy Basketball players!! Guidance and customer service was outstanding, from both the sales team and the artwork department. All correspondence was delivered in a timely manner, and no minor detail was overlooked. Delivery was well within the allocated timeframe, and all products were of an excellent quality, especially when you consider the low cost. Value well exceeds the cost. Thank you very much”

“Ordered quite a number of both Hoodies and T-shirts on 3rd April, approved artwork the very same day, and received my order within 6 days.. I am extremely happy with quality, and sizing of T-shirts, and the Printing work, which are all spot on.... Cannot fault this company in any way, I got exactly what I paid for when I wanted it and for a very reasonable cost... Thank you very much...”

“Outstanding customer service. As I needed the items at a very short notice and my online order was not in stock the representative spent around 40 minutes on the phone with me to complete the order to the very strict size/ fire retardancy/ highway specification/ high-vis requirements. Following that the order indeed arrived, as guaranteed, the next morning. Remarkable service. Thank you.”

“Rubbish customer service! Wasn’t made aware of out of stock items after 2 weeks of the items being ordered! Had to chase ourselves. Would not recommend, ordered them in pleanty of time and half of the items that were ordered never turned up. Do not use them. Tshirts turned up and look awful too, nothing like the proofs.”

“Firstly I would like to say the quality of my actual order was outstanding although the effort in actually receiving it was surprisingly bad given other reviews, I may just have been unlucky and I can appreciate that sometimes things go wrong. When I received my order it was muddled, the two garments had the other 5 garments logo and vice versa. I contacted Workwear Express and they corrected my order, or tried too. I then received another companies order and had to then resent their order to them. I was ensured I would get my replacement garments but this still has not happened. I contacted Workwear Express yesterday and they could not understand how I received another companies order, this is not my problem. I am waiting to see if I will actually receive what I originally ordered, who knows..”

“The setup of embroidery was very simple and Workwear Express staff were very helpful in making our design just right. Delivery was as forecast and excellent communication kept us informed throughout the order process. The garments received were excellent with top quality embroidery. I have tried several other outlets before but I will be returning to place additional orders at Workwear Express.”

“Absolutely diabolical customer service. It was one issue after another. Ordered t-shirts for a festival we were doing. The lady who took the order took the email address down wrong and we never got any proofs. Our festival took place on Thursday 12th April and we still hadn't heard anything on the Monday, so we called them and they said the 'XL's' were out of stock. The annoying thing was that we had to chase them and they didn't let us know. As we weren't sure what size was going to fit the people, we asked for 2 x XXL and 2 x L so that they would have a choice. So all in all, we were asking for 2 t-shirts as a gesture of goodwill. They refused to do this. They said they could offer free embroidery but we would have to pay for the t-shirts. I spoke with a manager and asked them if they could please do this as they hadn't even told us they were out of stock in the first place, but they refused. I decided to leave them and asked for a refund on 1 of the XL and replace with another Large. They then said that they only had 2 larges in stock and the other 2 should be with us on Friday. The lady on the phone said worse case scenario they would send it on a Saturday AM delivery. We've just received the 2 larges (Tuesday 17th April). They were dispatched yesterday! Our festival is now over and we are left with 2 t-shirts that we don't need. After the experience I had trying to get anywhere with them last week, I can't even be bothered to waste my energy dealing with them again and instead will ensure I spread the word as much as possible to NOT use this company. Had they resolved the issue in the first place, none of this would have been necessary. A company that clearly doesn't care about their customers and their reputation. STAY AWAY!”
