“Ordering was very simple, the available options were clearly laid out and the order processed without a hitch. Updates regularly received and most importantly, a really nice end product - will definitely use again!”

“I was disappointed after receiving my order incorrectly to have to fight to get a replacement even having to provide photos to show errors on a very small value item. The quality of the products is exceptional but the customer service along with the website functionality leave a lot to be desired. I genuinely feel disappointed overall which is a shame as previous orders had gone brilliantly.”

“The T-shirts we ordered were great quality for a really low price. We did have a small issue with some T-shirts not arriving however the customer service was excellent and they managed to sort out the order very quickly.”

“Quality is as expected for the price. I wanted plain reasonably priced t shirts. The sizing is small though. I wear anything from a UK 14-18, depending on the brand. I ordered XXL to be on the safe size and expected the t shirts to be roomy but they barely fit. I could do with them being at least one more size up if not 2. Think H&M not M&S.”

“The quality of the shirts and embroidery was very good, unfortunately we had some hemming issues where the stitching came undone shortly after the purchase but other than that very good service. I would recommend that Workwear Express use plastic wrapping when shipping the clothing or more robust boxing/packaging as the box was in poor condition when we received it and some of the clothing had become dirty. Some small teething issues but other than that very happy here.”

“Gemma (Customer Services) was amazing! I was struggling to sort out overalls for my husband, and she looked at and talked me through the products available. The overalls are for a specific purpose and my husband needs them by the middle of next week, and Gemma is going to try her hardest to make sure they are despatched asap. I deal with various Companies customer services many times a week and I have to say, Gemma is the most helpful I have come across. She is a credit to your Company - well done Gemma xx”
