“I spoke with Tina Gibbs who was incredibly friendly, helpful and happy to answer all of my incessant questions! Nothing was too much trouble and she was also super patient whilst we were having email issues! Although I didn't end up using the company's services this time around, I will definitely consider approaching them to help provide merchandise for our next client event as I experienced such great service. Thank you so much.”

“Thank you Tina Gibbs! It was Wednesday before Christmas and I needed a return/credit note mistake to be corrected not only that, but I needed t-shirts for an event we had on Christmas day. Tina, without hesitation came to my rescue! She said she would call me back in 30 minutes and called me back in 10 minutes and somehow made everything happen and we had t-shirts delivered two days later!”

“Horrible company, my items took 6 weeks to arrive, turned up after the event I needed them for. Definitely not express service. I have tried to resolve the problem with the company but they are not interested in helping. All the mistakes for the delays were done by the company and I am the one out of pocket for this.”

“I read the reviews on the website and everything looked great, however I clicked 'Read All Reviews' and now I'm here on the review site, I notice that you don't display the bad reviews on your website! I will not be going ahead with a purchase as this is quite shady in my book! Especially as you seem to have quite a few people saying they've had bad experiences. Luckily for you, people on your website won't see this review... let's hope they check here first!”

“The got our order wrong! I received the wrong colour polo t-shirt and return them back to them. and we are still waiting for them to deliver the correct order. It is a total shambles and very bad customer services. I would NEVER used them again!! They are very quick to get your payment and then, lots of errors and miscommunication. and no-one cares!”

“Fantastic customer service by Hannah Sanderson who has been exceptional in sorting out my error and, within a very short time, has turned it around so that my Husband can receive customised workwear (as a surprise) on Christmas Day. I placed order on line for several items 2 weeks ago for my husband who recently started his own business. I wanted to surprise him with a gift of good quality workwear which would assist in promoting his company and creating a professional service. The items arrived within 48hours however had not been customised. Following an email, Hannah replied very quickly, assuring she could help. Within a week she has arranged for the items to be returned by courier, rectified my error, liaised with their artwork dept and within 3 hours of me approving the customisation emailed to say they had all been embroidered, courier on the way to collect from them and they will be delivered to me next day. I had been furious with myself in making such an error and disappointed/given up hope of having it all sorted in time for Christmas but Hannah has been brilliant, they will be here with time to spare to wrap and put under the tree ! As well as praising Hannah I would also commend Joanna in sales and thank the artwork team for their design and quickness in completing the customising. Brilliant company overall, highly recommend, excellent value and quality of goods too! Thank you so very much from one Happy Customer”

“Quite simply the worst customer service I have had in years. I beg anyone considering using Workwear Express to seek alternative options. Sometimes the cheapest really is not the best option. Still waiting for items ordered end of October......”
