“Absolutely shocking service. Website allows you to order products for next day delivery that they do not have in stock. The customer service team to not contact you to inform you that you will not be getting your delivery!! Very Poor service”

“A good range of clothing to choose from. Ordering online was easy. I was worried that with doing it online, I wouldn't be able to speak to anyone about my order, but I was able to speak to customer services and artwork departments on the phone to resolve my queries. Once the artwork was approved, the embroidered items arrived 4 days later. I was kept up dated via email on the progress every step of the way. The clothing is good quality and the embroidered logos look great. I'm really happy with the result and would recommend Workwear Express for personalised work wear!”

“So very impressed and happy with Workwear Express. I got replies on bank holidays and once I accepted the artwork proof, it went straight to production and the entire process took approximately 4 days! Extremely impressed with the customer service and efficiency and the quality of garments & embroidery is great.”

“The products themselves are great but how are we meant to know the sizing? It really needs a size chart for items as I had to spend my allowance on buying different size options instead of different items.”

“Firstly. "Chart with us" Loose your details as soon as you click "send another". In essence you do to not click on anything until you wait for someone to answer. Secondly. When you received answer - be careful, stay on line, do not touch anything! on PC as your conversation with all details provided is gone! And you asked to start another conversation from 0. perfect done it 3 times - traps everywhere. Thirdly. Lost connection with Pay Pal during the transaction. Despite the transaction code by Pay Pal provided I received an email - your order was not accomplished. :-) How could this service have 71% positive reviews? By my experience it should be 30% positive.”

“Had a very unsatisfactory service from workwear express so far. Order items on 24h dispatch, the items didn't arrive so called customer services 3 times. First caller told me some of the items where out of stock (although website had them in stock) told he would call back with a updated. I am still bemused to why if the items where out of stock did nobody call me to inform me of this. No call 30 mins later so I called back. Next call handler said they would check the warehouse and call me back as they items should be in stock. 1 hour later no call. Called back (17:00)and was then told the items have been dispatched at 16:15 and as they have left the warehouse with the courier they are now unable to upgrade to weekend delivery. The solution was if when they turn up Monday (the day the job is scheduled to start) then send them back for a refund. I specifically picked these items (more expensive) as they had the 24h dispatch option.”

They are some great garment choices but we do offer other garments that are thicker and heavier in weight and might be closer to what you were aiming for with this order. “Very competitive price, good communication with design staff, very good quality products. My delivery missed the lorry on the day it was meant to be dispatched, but came the next day; once dispatched very easy tracking via DPD app. Arriving a day later than expected wasn't a problem.”

“I ordered a t-shirt from you and it came with the wrong logo on it. It was very easy to get in touch with you and get it re-ordered, however, there was no apology for the mistake. The new t-shirt then arrived but the logo seemed to be much worse quality than the one on the previous t-shirt - the design was quite faint and had a grey-ish tone instead of white. I've emailed your customer service in hope that a better quality print could be sent out to us so i'm currently waiting a response. Thanks”
