Hats look like a 5 year old made them, really terrible embroidery quality. Shame as the shipping was fast. Emailed customer services 4 days ago with no reply, so leaving a review here.

Almost 5 years I have used WWExpress for my 100 staff’s uniforms and yet in recent years it is let down after let down! Your website shows ALL sizes in stock yet customer services then tell us you have practically none of them, a company of your size certainly has the ability to have on-the-fly stock management linked to your website, so my only assumption is you make all items listed as in stock to get orders to assist cash flow into the business. Its just not on! We have worked TIRELESSLY for 18 months through the pandemic and have supported the NHS Nightingale end of life units and at each stage we have been let down by WWE Honestly, I simply cannot run a business with pie in the sky delivery dates, emails from you saying part delivery, then emails saying the rest will be here 25th aug, nothing delivered, no email, and your live chat has no clue when they will be in We are small fry to you, but 1000 small accounts leaving you for another supplier will have a huge impact in comparison to the odd colossal account that I assume are taking your time and resources to keep happy

Order of 24 polo shirts received where over 20 are faulty with out of line stitching on most and some even embroidered in different colours. Sent in the photos to generate a return which was approved and then after chasing 3 weeks later after not hearing anything I was told they are not faulty (despite Workwear express approving the return in the first place). Despite repeatedly trying to speak with someone and asking for the order to be relooked at, we are just told they will be returned to us and that's the end of the matter. Really frustrating after they previously did a fantastic job for us.

WORST SERVICE EVER!! Ordered some work tops with logo on front and txt on back. The txt to go on the back was told to there sales team over the phone who made a spelling mistake which was noticed when tops arrived. We called work wear express to explain that they had made a spelling mistake at which point they totally refused to rectify the issue stating the reason was because we didn’t notice THEIR MISTAKE until the tops arrived which is totally unreasonable as all we wanted was for them to fix the mistake that there sales team made

After claiming they couldn't send an item due to stock shortage they offered me to cancel. I accepted and ordered elsewhere. Meanwhile they sent me the item anyway and never refunded me. After hassle over returned postage I eventually managed to return them to find out they only refunded me partially. I have never in my life dealt with a company who are such scam artists, it is unbelievable. I am currently looking into taking this further as it pretty much fraud. Avoid these guys at all costs.

Been using Workwear for two years now. However issues arise if you try “communicate “ requested an additional logo, two items ordered to check end quality. One item was great. However the second item had wrong colour logo and a broken zip. So clearly wasn’t checked against the order or quality checked. Emailed twice and phoned them today. Waiting on a call back still.

Spent £1900 on uniform, paid to be bagged for each individual, came loose on boxes, absolute mess. Asked to be collected and fixed. Collected and redelivered in exact same state. Took delivery 1 month ago, still not resolved. 2 day minimum response time for an email, can't get through on phone, presume they all arrive to work on horses as they're absolute cowboys here! Got fed up waiting, started to sort through the uniform myself to find some missing and some dirty (possibly from the poor packaging)

Despite a confirmation email, which included a delivery date my products did not arrive. I received no prior notice, to say they would be late. When I contacted them they eventually replied informing me that there would be further delays. I needed to cancel my order, and asked for a refund. Despite several emails to say that I would get a refund, two months on, and I still have not received this. I have never had such bad customer service, poor communication, and misinformation from a company. I would strongly advise that you DO NOT use this company unless you want to be constantly let down, and lied to. On further investigation I have discovered that this is a common occurance.

Used to be good, now as others say useless. Order three weeks overdue, constant lie about dispatch and passed to complaints, emails are not answered and now live chat closed down. Will expect the generic reply to contact them to resolve but you cant because nobody answered, you will though be able to recite the company history word for word Feel sorry for the staff.....

Ordered items that were shown to be in stock, delayed delivery 4 times, asked for refund but still waiting. By the last few reviews, this company is way out of its depth & cannot cope with either orders or customer service, had used many times before & always delivered on time but unfortunately it’s now gone to the dogs!!!

Absolutley awful company, impossible to get a reply from email, impossible to get on the phone, and when you do the customer service lie to you about when your order is due to be dispatched. items ordered in december still arent here, first they sent a few items 5 of which without logo (which i paid for) the following items i tried to cancel to which they told me it had already been processed and sent out (another lie) as i phoned 5 minutes prior and the women on the phone told me it wasnt even in stock for another week, to then recieve an email saying the rest of the items would be here in a few days, again, another lie, only 1 of 7 MISSING items recieved, and now theyre yet again impossible to get ahold of to see where the rest of my order is, disgusting customer service awful company altogether

Recently bought 18 Regatta softshell jackets with my company's logo assuming they were 'Softshells' and I was shocked upon receiving them. They had the Regatta logo but they were anything but a Regatta Softshell - extremely thin and not a softshell. I called up Workwear express to see if they could help me, but to no avail. Meanwhile I am stuck with them.

Used to be good, but clearly they are now too busy to cope! I am still waiting on the remainder of an order I placed in November. The person I ordered with turns out, didn't order all of what I asked for. 2 months on I am still trying to find out if they have ordered them for me yet, and when I might get them. No one answers the phone, or responds to email. Avoid - go somewhere else and pay more - it will be worth it!

The most horrible experience ever! First they changed my logo so I had to request a new artwork to be created, then my order was delayed by a month (!!!) and I only ordered one item, and when it finally arrived, instead of a men's shirt in blue I received a female nurse overall in purple. Can this company do anything right??

Stay well clear off. Do not use this company. They do not answer the phones nor follow through emails sent to them. Put an order in for 1 t-shirt on the 10/12/20 and was told the estimated delivery would be 18/12/20 by DPD. It is the New Year and still no order and not even done. So if you have a contract with them cancel it and go somewhere else which has a professional workforce and knows what customer service is. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Ordered in plenty of time for Christmas. Told order was going to be dispatched 18th December. Didn't happen. I had to chase them up and finally they admitted order wouldn't arrive bt Christmas. Good luck ringing All you get is a recorded message about how great their sevice is. Their chat line is a joke too

Terrible service and not reliable!!! - Very keen to take your money to place the order however they do not allocate the products and sell them to other people. They do not provide correct advice when you chase a order ie order being dispatched on 17th December, rang on the 18th question when the delivery would be the items now will not be available until end of Jan. They said that they would release part of the order, however as its near xmas its too late to go to production and now will not come until Jan anyway. no compensation, didn't really seem bothered that a event will be ruined Very disappointed !!
