I called to change the delivery address since the parcel took longer than I expected. Apparently 24h dispatch means you'll get the items in 48h. My bad. But I had a very tight work deadline so changing the delivery address was the only way to get them to me when I needed them to be. The parcel wasn't yet with the courier so the change of address was doable. They didn't change the address....and that caused me lot of stress plus additional costs. On top of that when I got in touch with the Live Chat they blamed it on me not reading the 24/48 correctly and so on. really rude, disappointing and not at all worth the name: workwear express. If you need items within a week, good website...if you need them to get to you 'express' might be best to go somewhere else

I would like to initially advise that dispatch does mean when it is sent out by ourselves; it will leave us in 24 hrs and we do offer next working day delivery so at the longest you would be waiting for you order would have been the 48 hrs. Changing the address will add on anther day as the courier has to plan all their routes at the beginning of the day so they are unable to just divert a delivery on their van, it does need to go back to the depot to be reconsigned onto a new van with its new label and that does take an extra day to be arranged. We do aim to advise you of the correct turnaround on the order but there are things outside of our control such as change of delivery address that can extend the delivery time. As said previously this firm are a SHAMBLES. Paid £300 for supposedly Quality tshirts and when I got them they were shocking quality. Sent them back and returns dept say that because they fit the suppliers specs they are sending them back too me.So buyers beware if your ordering from this mob dont expect any help with returning the goods as they will use the fits the specs answer and your left with a pile of dusters as that's all they're good for.

On this occasion we have sent the items back to you as they fit within the supplier specifications that are kept on file. I ordered some boots from them online and as the name suggest “workwear express” I expected them to arrive quickly but after 3 days of waiting I decided to ring the customer service line, the lady I spoke to was very nice and she informed me that workwear express don’t carry any stock and order them from a 3rd party and they had only been posted out this morning and I’ll receive them Monday. A Week after ordering them!!!! What a joke! All I can say is do your research before ordering and avoid any tinpot outfits

I do apologise that the order took longer than expected to reach you. Customer service are correct in that we do not hold all stock on site but that wouldn't affect our lead times as this is factored into the dispatch dates on our website. The customer services team were great in helping with my order, especially a lady called Sharon, she helped solve all the issues I had with my order and made sure it got to me on time. Unfortunatley I had to provide my own artwork, as the artwork team/department couldn't understand what I wanted. It wasn't hard as it was a very basic logo. For future orders I would suggest assigning one staff member to that order. It would reduce confusion. Thank you.

rubbish material used for t-shirts, sizes were all wrong and t-shirts were shapeless, could not believe how thin the material was and deeply disappointed with my order as these t-shirts were for a Remembrance Day Occasion.

I attempted to get a quote 3 times from this company, numerous chasing etc. I was finally promised a quote "first thing" this morning when the guy who was dealing with my issue got in. I got an email from him saying he'd do the quote and then 2 hours later still nothing. The website also states 4 days turnaround but on actual digging, 12 working days was their estimated delivery time. Given I first contacted them nearly 2 months ago and was going to spend c£700 with this company I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Also since this latest episode I spoke to a friend who has used them before (and recommended them to me) that the sweatshirts they ordered 6 months ago are now tatty, bobbled and mishapen. So thanks WorkwearExpress, your atrocious and late customer service actually saved me from poor quality goods.

Hello Kally, I am sorry to hear that our sales team have not got back to you when they did advise you they would. That is not the service that we aim for within the business. This has already been passed to the supervisors of the sales team to look into this further. In regards to your friend we would of course like to investigate this further as if there is garment issues we may be able to get these back and have them investigated but that will be something we can speak to your friend about in more depth. A final point is in regards to the turnaround time, that does all depend on the stock chosen as different brands have different lead times but our website checkout does advise of that. Also the logo does need to be taken into consideration as we can produce an order with a previously used logo quicker than a brand new one. Many Thanks

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers on Thursday 31/10/2019 at 17.30 & I paid the £6 for the next day delivery which is well before 20.00 cut off time for next day delivery. On Friday 01/11/2019 I got an email of Jackie White saying there was a problem with my order & it would not be delivered until Monday 04/11/2019. Then I received a phone call off Jackie to say she was sorry for the order not being delivered on Friday. Then when I said could it not be delivered Saturday & she said she would see what could be done. When she rang back she said it would be delivered Saturday. She then rang back to say that my delivery would be delivered yesterday afternoon then I got a text saying it would be delivered on Monday 04/11/2019. There was no sign of my delivery yesterday (friday) nor today (Saturday) as promised by Jackie. Why does Jackie or Dickies promise these things & they don't happen. I would welcome your comments very much. Many thanks. Julian

Hello Julian, I do think that you have got us mixed up with Dickies directly, I am sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience but I would advise to contact Dickies directly as we are a supplier of their stock but your order number is not one of ours and your email address is not on our system. We placed and order the order was sent incorrect. I returned the items had to wait for workwear express to recieve them before they would send out the correct items. We waited another whole week and the order was sent incorrect again. I was told by a member of staff they would send the order and returns label. I still have no returns label and don't know if the order is being sent.

Unprofessional. Not told about an "out of stock" item, until I contacted customer service. Most companies will not let you buy items they do not have, or will at least tell you at the checkout when it's expected. If i had known it was going to take this long I wouldn't have bothered and gone elsewhere. Took a long time to get a response from customer service too. I've never had such poor service actually.

Found the process of ordering proofs and confirming orders very long winded and paying twice then waiting for refunds was frustrating. Struggled getting an account open. Ended up going elsewhere and was looked after better.

After receiving my item I noticed there were two pen marks across the front of my item. I tried to return my item but this has been a difficult process.
