Missed out on online discount due to booking a 7 day and 3 day holiday together. Online can’t cope with that?!?! Very very expensive for what they offer. Much cheaper caravan parks with same facilities elsewhere.

Tv wasn’t working. Was in a silver caravan and was more like a standard. Duvet short. Fire place wasn’t working in caravan. Staff don’t really communicate with family’s. Never really no one in arcade shop. Food and drinks over priced.

Website was very difficult to use. Kept asking for details that I had already entered. Availability differed on mobile and main websites using the same search criteria at the same time.

You should at least be able to see your booking details before you confirm payment. I made an error on the date which can easily happen tried to amend the booking within a few hours and told not possible.. very poor. Will not use again. Let people see the booking details on the same page as payment confirmation. Basic.

Dear Mr Brown, We're sorry to read you were dissatisfied with your online booking experience. Throughout the process once you have chosen your Park and place to stay there is a "sticky" summary bar at the top of the page. At the very final stage before making payment, as you suggest, this bar is there and we do ask guests to check it before making payment on the holiday and agreeing to the Terms & Conditions of booking. The vast majority of visitors to our site are using a smartphone to book their holiday so we use current "best practice" for e-commerce sites to make the process as smooth as possible. We're sorry that you didn't notice this summary page and therefore felt the booking experience was unsatisfactory. The site it's self is easy to use but when it come to paying I struggled and it took a few times to try and book In this period the price went up so value for money wasn't so great.

The whole booking process was extremely painful and very frustrating!! 1st wouldn't let me sign in, then when finally signed in wouldn't allow me to add my mobile number - which doesn't allow you to process to the next stage, after 2hrs of logging in and out picking the lodge and then not allowing me to actually book it, by some miracle it finally cleared through and we have finally managed to get booked in online.......... Terrible, terribly shocking bad website design.

no comfirmation e mail . cant log in to the account to check that everything has gone through . Says wrong password which is not the case then system error . very frustrating

Site does not work properly. After paying and obtaining a booking reference it states a full confirmation email will be sent, 5 days later still nothing received. Spoke to a lady on the helpline and she promised to send an email still nothing received. They are quick enough to take your money and do nothing, a complete lack of communication. Totally useless, I hate to think what the service is going to be on site, if we ever get there.

On Wednesday I booked a surf lodge online at a discounted rate. (June special 35% off) confirmed and put my card details through at discounted rate. The receipt and booking confirmation then came through stating I am paying the full price. This is a £286.15 difference..!! I have emailed them 3 times and not heard a thing in relation to this. I have only had pestering emails reference my stay and this review. Completely disappointed by this and still awaiting contact to be made 3 days later!!

Wave machine absolute rip off!! We’re staying on the park Now and have paid £40 for our two children to have an hour on the wave machine. However once we got there we were informed they are in groups of 10. My children got a total of 4 minutes on the wave each. I went over to reception to complaint only for the staff to agree with me and add my name to a long list of unhappy parents. This should be made clear when booking as like many parents we would have spend our children’s spending money better. £200 an hour they’re charging when the groups should be no bigger than 5 max. Very poor customer service

Wanted to alter date within half hour of making booking and was refused point blank and then told I can pay extra administrative charge to bring date forward. Even though was a last minute Monday to Friday deal and wanted to change to the same weekend Friday to Monday instead.

Ants in the lodge. Total ripoff in the bars. Selling a 79p bag of maltesers for £1.45, who knows what they are charging for everything else. You should be ashamed ripping people off this.

What has happened to this place. Over 30years of 4/5 times a year holidays. Has it deteriated the past 2years.or what.??The Booking Staff are rude and arrogant. The Receptionists could not care whether they are there or not. The accommodation are filthy and trashed. Such a shame.....it was brilliant.

We were threatened 3 times to be kicked out just for playing music. The site manager and security Guards have no respect for any of the holiday makers, they talked to us horribly and made a few people cry. We will defiantly never ever come back to this place. The WORST holiday experience ever.
