Your User journey is terrible and this review request sums it up. You ask me review the online booking and your questions are about staying. You need a quick book so you don't have to go all the way to book to then have to set up an account

Tried to pay with three different cards so rang and they didn't have access to the reference number I was given and had to pay £10 more. Eventually paid online with the £10 discount.

When I tried to process the payment there was an issue (your side) and I was advised to call yourselves. I found the advisor very unhelpful and she just wanted me off the phone. I ended up terminating the call end really had to think hard about whether I wanted to continue with booking the holiday itself.

Wouldn't process booking-payment on laptop so booked through my mobile which went through straight away.

I had great difficulty completing my booking. The system froze on the arrival date section repeatedly. I was on the verge of giving up after an hour but perseverance eventually paid off. Now looking forward to my holiday

We have been coming for 5 years now but this time I felt that the system has let us down. We booked online and followed the process selecting our dates, number in the party and the holiday insurance option. However, on reviewing and confirming noticed that the booking hadn't pulled through the child on the booking, so clicked edit and selected the child again. However, we then had to choose all the dates and details again! Which we did but then had the issue that when we confirmed the holiday insurance hadn't pulled through either and now we can't add it. The system should remember all the details you've input, not start the whole booking process again, and deselect elements you'd already added. Disappointed.

Great stay, but let down by poorly maintained facilities, lack of staff and very limited menu with overpriced budget food at the restaurant which let it down somewhat.

Internet is very poor. Sent an awful long time on booking. You could end up making some awful mistakes. The young lady on reception was very helpful.

I only gave 2 out of 5 as I found the website difficult to navigate - it took a while to find the individual accommodation facilites and photos etc. The safeguard scheme price jumped up from £10 to £20 when it was selected, but as you have to select at time of booking, I had to go ahead with it and will have to sort it out - fingers crossed it's easily sorted. It would have helped if there was a chat facility available.

Not happy with the misleading quote. I am sure you will have a rational explanation for this but the the quoted price shows what must be the price with the discount applied then quoting a discount for early payment, which is misleading rather than show the original price at the outset. I am sure other people would have been put by this act of dishonesty.

Just booked and end up having to ring up as I booked dog friends it also asked how many dogs and said £30 per dog and after I paid I checked and it said not dog friendly

Had my bbq stolen from my pitch while i was at the beach (couldn’t put it in the van from having breakfast on it. I thought my belongings would be safe on such a nice camp site.

I was disappointed with the very rude abrupt and impersonal text I received just a few days after booking telling me my holiday day would be cancelled if I didn’t pay the full amount in two days. Completely unnecessary when this was the first reminder I had received.

Was a little disappointed.. we had a cancellation but cost £950 for 4 nights and our caravan was backing onto a bush Not even a toilet roll on arrival after a long drive .. felt like there was no care from the staff If it was clear we were in a bush we wouldn’t of bothered Seemed very short staffed and in particular the bar staff were not very friendly which is disappointing given it’s £9 for a glass of Prosecco … smile wouldn’t go a miss Left a day early and won’t go back Cheers Joe

I had to give 3 stars due to the insistence of App use. If you wanted to book anything you HAD to download the APP, so we missed out of lots of things due to not having a compatible phone and not wanting to download apps. So meals and lots of activities were taken off site which were easier to obtain. Accommodation good, Never used facilities due to having to book via the app :-( . Not sure if this is temporary or a permanent feature now, but it was limiting.
