“The booking process on-line was easy to complete”

“Lovely stay, good facilities and site well maintained. Only criticism is the evening entertainment is so loud and unsuitable for my baby. We also arrived at 7 for bingo which says it starts at 7.30 on leaflet. To be told all books sold and need to be bought before 6.30, it would have been helpful to of had this information before arriving to play”

“Booking of holiday was easy and smooth. Just for info incase there’s an issue. The website boomed out after payment. I still received my confirmation email and payment went through but I’ve now received an email to say details are missing such as party names, so obviously it didn’t get that far on the booking app.”

“I have stayed at Woolacombe Bay (Twitchen House) twice before.I've always had a great time, the customer service is very good, both the reception staff and the maintenance team who I've needed a couple of times! I look forward to my Easter holiday and hopefully future holidays! This time I had some difficulty booking but when I rang Margaret, her obvious experience managed to sort my booking quickly and easily. Margaret was very helpful indeed. Top marks, thank you!”

“System was reasonably easy to use but could be clearer on pet inclusion cost - initial price says 'inclusive of all your guests plus pets' but pop-up note says there will be an additional charge for a pet. All is clear as you progress throughthe process but the pop-up might put people off! AM”

“All so beautifully clean brilliant place I just hope they got a new bed in the hut we stayed in. That really was our only complaint and we are looking for to our next stay”

“The online booking process was easy to follow although there was some delays when attempting to enter month and start days for the search; that may of course, have not been due to the website itself, but more the internet connection or browser in use. Overall very satisfactory.”

“This is my third visit to Easewell Farm campsite, and every time it has been pleasent quiet and clean. I love the layout of the site with its beautiful views and foliage. The only thing I would have to recommend is that more lighting is needed on the road in and out of the site, as most evenings I visited friends on the Twicthen site and the road was very dark”
