I bought a Forces Of Valor 1/72 Royal Air Force Chinook HC Mk1 Helicopter 1984 . Everthing was done right except the model was loose. This ment that from time of selection, packing, transport, delivery, & opening the modele rattled. After opening the parcil it could be seen at to what caused the rattel. The screwa that held the model to the base has come loose. As a collector who prefurs to keep the modale in it's box the contence is as it was in the shop. This model should have never been sold/sent out in its condition. Whoever selected the item. whoever did the packing & whoever handed the package to the devivery people heard the rattle (If they didn't know ignerance is no excuse). Was the item damaged? I don't know who to blame but if who picked the box at the start is where the problem could have been overcome.

Paid for next day delivery. Item don’t arrive next day. Emailed wonderland about this over a week ago but still awaiting a response .

Karen your parcel was sent out on a next day delivery as requested and DPD attempted unsuccessfully to deliver your parcel the following day. A notification of the failed delivery was sent to you at 21:25. They then returned the following morning and successfully delivered the parcel. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

The parcel was delivered to No4 Garbutt Place, and I have not been able to retrieve it. I was at home at the time of delivery. There was a note on my front door "Please leave parcel in the front porch behind the flower trough". There was a note on my back door "Please leave parcel in the garage". I can only conclude that the driver made no attempt whatsoever to deliver this parcel to No3 Garbutt Place.

Keith Thanks for your feedback. We ask all our customers to check the contents of their deliveries and inform us within 48 hours of any shortages or discrepancies. This is clearly mentioned on both the delivery note and invoice. Unfortunately you have first contacted us about this alledged shortage 17 months after your order was successfully delivered to you so we are unable to provide a complimentary replacement in this instance. Thanks very much for your understanding.

Re: Sohni-Wicke Corporal 100 Shot Cap Gun Do not buy this gun, its rubbish. There is no bang, all you can here is the mechanism of the gun and not the caps. The only way you can tell they have gone off is by smell. You would make a louder noise by saying bang when you pull the trigger. Don't bother complaining either as you will just get fobbed off with how it's due to EU rules. Funny how the new style 8 shot cap guns still make a bang. EU must not know about them ( not ).

Unfortunately on check out on the 2nd of July my only delivery option was £7.99 next day. However today is the 7th of July and my order has still not arrived ! I have used wonderland models before with no problems but this leaves a bitter taste and I will probably look elsewhere in the future.

Ordered paint then told after paying they didnt have it & would have to restock so instead of getting it delivered in 3/4 days over two weeks.

Hi, Sorry for the delay with your order but the importer is experiencing problems in getting consistent supplies of Tamiya products due to the attacks on shipping in the Gulf. We did let you know of the delay by e-mail and you were free to cancel the order if you did not want to wait. As to payment, we do not charge a customer's card at the time of ordering but only when we have the goods ready for shipment. I have checked our records and we charged your card on the morning we despatched your parcel.

The product is not described fully resulting in a different type of varnish being received than the one I was expecting - one that cannot be used on water-based paints.

Purchase of item was fine. Query raised as Delivery was left in outside waste bin (which contained dog waste). Note on our door advised against this. Customer Service very poor. Too quick to pass the buck even though it was their customer. I will bear this in mind for future modelling purchases. Disinterested would be an exaggeration..

Arrived damaged and sloppy painwork. Damage was not caused by delivery company spent over £300 and wonderland are offering £25 discount! I'm not happy!

I ordered from wonderland because they said that the model was in Stock and had an overnight delivery service. This was despite the fact that other suppliers were quite considerably cheaper. However, the model didn't arrive for 6 days.

I have received a different battery (wrong connector) than what I have ordered. I have notified the seller immediately and their system confirmed receipt of my request for replacement, then nothing happened for over a week until I sent emails to customer services. I keep receiving a general, impersonal return instruction where I have to do all the heavy lifting and MAYBE I might get back some of the postage costs if they are happy with it. No information if the item will be replaced, refunded or nothing will happen. The communications seem to be automated and do not acknowledge this is because they have sent me the wrong item. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Wonderland Models.

I ordered from them and paid £4.95 for delivery by DPD to my place of work as usual. We are open from 7.30 to 5pm but I received an email saying they were unable to deliver the item at 15.17? It was delivered to a pick up point two miles away that I had never heard of - I have pointed out that I do not have transport, hence my preferred pick up which is just two hundred yards from work. Cut a long story short, after numerous emails, ten of which were totally ignored, to both Wonderland Models and DPD, the outcome seems to be “ that’s where it is, take it or leave it, go get it yourself”. Have asked for a refund, suffice to say we’ll have to wait and see, and this will be my last order. (Can’t post a picture cos I never received the item). Neither can I say if it was damaged - your guess is as good as mine.
