“My order got here so quickly, considering the distance/time ordered, items I've ordered from my own county have taken days. Great service. Product is great it took me a few hours to assemble and works great. Have and will buy from them again and have already recommended to others.”

“I recently ordered some specialist fine drill bits. I paid extra for a "next day" delivery. After 3 days of waiting I called Wonderland Models to be told, some of the bits were not in stock and would be in tomorrow. There was nothing showing to tell me they were out of stock. The assistant didnt seem bothered that id paid extra for a 24hr delivery but he did say i would get theextra delivery charge refunded (£3). I still had to pay std delivery even though the drill bits eventually arrived almost a week after id ordered them. Had i haveknown they were put of stock when i ordered, id have gone elsewhere! Shocking service and no appology or even a "free" delivery as a gesture of goodwill. I used Wonderland Models to keep a small business "going" as opposed to the big boys such as Amazon...maybe i will revert to Amazon and be gauranteed a next day deli ery next time?”

“Absolutely outstanding service from Wonderland Models. My son recently bought me the Revell 007 Moonraker model kit which comes with a few paints but not all needed. I found Wonderland via a Google search and attempted to find the paints I needed. It was easy to navigate the website and find the seven paints I needed. However more impressive was the customer service. I ordered the paints on a Saturday morning. They were delivered the next day on a Sunday! Plenty of communiaction throughout and extremely well packaged. Outstanding service and highly recommended.”

“My very first order from Wonderland based on Facebook comments from a modelling group I belong to. I placed the order online and it was delivered within 3 days in perfect order. The kit and a few other items were properly packaged and all arrived in good order. The courier company kept me updated and delivered when they said they would. In short, I'll definitely use Wonderland in the future and can wholeheartedly recommend them.”
