“Ordered a model that was actually out of stock at the time. I got a phone call to explain and told me when stock was expected. Since the order was not urgent I was happy to wait and when stock arrived the next week the order was fulfilled and delivered within 24 hours. Great service.”

“Found some caps on here for an old cap gun from when I was a child and gave it to my son he loved it, had to get myself one in the process. wasn't sure anyone sold these anymore. Very quick on postage. Could have done with a pay with paypal option. Thanks.”

“I placed an order with Wonderland Models last Sunday and was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered on Tuesday. It was as described on the website and extremely well packaged, the items arrived in perfect condition. I received several emails giving me updates on the delivery status, which was very useful. Also incuded in the box was a paint chart, and though it was for a different brand than that which I normally use, I think that a company which does things such as this shows that they care about their customers- it's the little things that count. I'll have no hesitation in ordering from Wonderland Models again.”

“I myself have worked in customer services in one form or another for 30yrs+, so I can honestly say I know what excellent customer service is! I can say with hand on heart that the team and Wonderland Models have excellent customer service by the bucket load. I have never had an issue with the service I have had from these guys and will continue to use them as I know I can depend on them fully and without worry, I would also highly recommend to anyone. Yes they sell the same products as any other model shop, but for me it’s all about the customer service, so I will not go elsewhere to get the bits I need. Keep up the fantastic team work guys, you do a great job and it is very well much appreciated.”

Hi Richard Thanks for your feedback. You ordered on Saturday at noon and your parcel was collected by DPD first thing on Monday morning for delivery on Tuesday at 3:30pm. This is next working day delivery. DPD do not class Saturday and Sunday as working days. Thanks for your understanding.

“The website works perfectly on my phone but not on my computer and I have no idea why. On the phone it is perfect, no problems at all and delivery is first class.I recommend Wonderland models”
