“You guys were great, I was informed that some products were not available at the time, so you sent out the goodies you had when they came in stock. “The only model shop I purchase from now. Great stock, quick dispatch and delivery. Never had a problem in the many years of ordering. Queries have always been answered quickly and professionally by the team. Coming up to visit the shop in Edinburgh in late april whilst i'm out that way. Looking forward to browsing in person!”

“Ordering system good, delivery prompt, packaged well and updates for shipping. A small gripe is the ability to filter down choices on the website, they have pretty much everything a modeller wants and the single item search is great for that.”
