The Papo toy castles are very well made and extremely durable Anthony and we hope you get just as many hours of happy play with it as our other customers have over the years.

“You need to rethink your delivery charges. £4.99 delivery for an airbrush plunger spring is ridiculously expensive. There are no alternative options for cheaper delivery on your website.”

Hi Richard, unfortunately due to the frequency of Royal Mail strike action and unavailability of services we have had to move to using DPD for all of our parcels to ensure a decent level of service, £4.99 is the cheapest service they offer, unfortunately.

“Won't buy from them again. They sent the wrong item and then said I had to return it before they would correct the order. They wouldn't send a pre paid postage label so I had to fork out for the postage first before they would refund it.”

Hi Mark, Just a quick note to let you know that have got the parcel you sent. We have arranged for the correct Cruiser tank to be sent to you ASAP. You will get an invoice – for zero value - to confirm this has been done. I will also arrange a refund of your £3.35 return postage costs. The money will be refunded to the card account used to place the order and I will send you a Credit invoice for that amount to confirm it has been done. Hopefully this resolved the matter to your satisfaction. Thanks for your understanding.

“I used to shop at wonderland, until they changed their website design. Now navigating it is hard work, so I don't bother. The pages take too long to load, can't find what I need, and the search engine fares poorly.”

Hi There, Please accept our sincere apologies for the issues encountered with your online order with us. These issues are very unusual as the models are despatched to us after a month or two in a container from the Far East and they are all enclosed in air-sealed bags to stop any damage. The paint is dry before the product is bagged up for its shipping to the U. K Distributor. Our sincere apologies once again for the issues with your order.

Apologies that the Britains diecast model tractor was not as detailed as you would have liked but overall this superb range has proved to be extremely popular with our customers over many years.

“I ordered the paint and it arrived before the stated delivery time. The Paint dropper bottles I find are the best way to dispense the small amounts that I require when painting my 1/72 scale model soldiers. Impressed with the service and also the product.”
