“I used to shop at wonderland, until they changed their website design. Now navigating it is hard work, so I don't bother. The pages take too long to load, can't find what I need, and the search engine fares poorly.”

“Service has always been excellent however the new website is terrible and for quickness of use for ordering I will probably use someone else now - shame”

Hi There, Please accept our sincere apologies for the issues encountered with your online order with us. These issues are very unusual as the models are despatched to us after a month or two in a container from the Far East and they are all enclosed in air-sealed bags to stop any damage. The paint is dry before the product is bagged up for its shipping to the U. K Distributor. Our sincere apologies once again for the issues with your order.

Apologies that the Britains diecast model tractor was not as detailed as you would have liked but overall this superb range has proved to be extremely popular with our customers over many years.

“I ordered the paint and it arrived before the stated delivery time. The Paint dropper bottles I find are the best way to dispense the small amounts that I require when painting my 1/72 scale model soldiers. Impressed with the service and also the product.”
