“I recently ordered a couple of tins of spray paint. I received a phone call informing me that one of the tins I had ordered was not suitable for painting plastic scale models and would I kike to change the order for the correct type of paint. This level of customer service is beyond excellent! Many companied would have simply sent what I asked for, and not what I require. I am delighted with Wonderland Models service, they are now my 'go to' supplier.”

“I ordered 4 Tamiya spray paints online & within 20 minutes had a phone call from WM questioning one of the cans. Turns out I'd accidentally ordered a specialised paint which was no good to me. Rather than let the order go through, the eagle-eyed & thoughtful staff at WM saved me money & hassle. That's what you call superb customer service.”

“I have received a different battery (wrong connector) than what I have ordered. I have notified the seller immediately and their system confirmed receipt of my request for replacement, then nothing happened for over a week until I sent emails to customer services. I keep receiving a general, impersonal return instruction where I have to do all the heavy lifting and MAYBE I might get back some of the postage costs if they are happy with it. No information if the item will be replaced, refunded or nothing will happen. The communications seem to be automated and do not acknowledge this is because they have sent me the wrong item. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Wonderland Models.”

We have emailed you both yesterday and today informing you that you may return any unwanted item for either credit or replacement within 14 days of receipt. We also provided you with the return address for your parcel. Thanks for your understanding.

“I can't vouch for the contents of the Meccano kit that I ordered because it's a birthday present for a young relative and the big day isn't for a couple of weeks yet. The ordering process online was generally smooth. There was an uneasy gap between payment and acknowledgement by email, but then who expects any online transaction to be stress-free? The email came within a couple of hours, and I had plenty of other things to get on with! Delivery was next-day, and occurred within the one-hour window specified by the operator. I would certainly order from Wonderland Models again.”

“Very efficient and professional. I have been a customer for about five years. However the website is very vague regarding specific items. i.e. for example. Tamiya Walter Wolf Ford. Tamiya. 1/12 Scale. Spent so much time. I would expect out of stock or not manufactured anymore (more is the case) but the search engine is disappointing. Searching for something specific is very poor. But overall. Friendly and accommodating. Five stars. Thank you.”
