“Picked up some heavily discounted Airfix model kits from here, much cheaper than Airfix’s website. Well packaged and arrived within a couple of days of ordering. I’ve bought loads of kits off Wonderland, and I don’t have time to make them so they’re all in my loft. I’ll continue to do so, quite happily. Great website, great service.”

“Beautiful model of Concorde. It was delivered very quickly and was very well packaged. I flew on Concorde back in 1997 and it brought back very happy memories.”

“First time in this shop. Shopping for grandson. I could spend hours in there if I was into making up models. I ordered online so only had to collect but couldn’t help having a good look around. Staff know their stuff. All in all good experience.”

“The 100 shot caps were absolute garbage, barely any of them worked, and the few that did were pathetic. Total waste of money. I've used these caps bought elsewhere many times before and they've always worked as intended, their ones are obviously faulty and have deteriorated. it's shocking that they even sell this kind of junk. When I reached out for help, customer service was useless with no apology or refund and completely uninterested in fixing their own mistake. Instead they tell me the caps are just supposed to make a puff of smoke with no noise but they didn't even do that. This company clearly doesn’t care about quality or their customers. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money elsewhere. For the sake of a £5.98 refund they rather receive a scathing but true review. I also bought other items in the same order totaling £30 which were fine. The bank will now be dealing with this to get my £5.98 back. It's a small amount of money but it's the principle, I don't like getting scammed.”

Cap Gun Caps DB Rating Dear Customer Following EU regulations the db noise rating is now much lower on all caps and as a result the noise is much less. See the enclosed article. “Have used the company a few times. Communication about orders is excellent. If not all items required are not in stock I’m informed as to how long it will take to obtain them. Very quick with delivery also. Will most definitely will be returning for my next order!”

“I was happy with service and it arriving prompt but it did need another coat of white on the roof which after contacting wonderland models they agreed and they have done a great job fixing the roof really prompt service”
