I placed an order around £75 and it never been delivered. I had to get a refund as never get the package. Company blamed the courier which could be the case but they never offer to try and re-post with a different courier. Disappointed this time

No customer service! I have been calling and all that happens is it rings and rings and then hangs up. I have also sent 2 emails to which I have had no reply to. I have been sent the wrong rear blade, mistakes happen but it is how the company deals with these mistakes that matters and so far it seems like they are not going to deal with it. Very disappointed.

Paid extra for 48hr delivery, after 5 days contacted company only to be told give it another week and I will see what I can do. Absolutely not good enough, very poor customer service. Won't be using again.

I bought the type of wipers that you said would fit. Had them delivered next day as I had my Mot the following day. Your wipers didnt fit the type of arm on my car. I took a photo of it and wrote an email back to yourselves saying they dont fit and I would like to return the wipers. I am still waiting for a reply. Not impressed.

Website doesn’t work on iPhone so couldn’t order. Not able to enter shipping address even after restarting device and clearing cache. Waste of time.

I ordered wiper blades using to website search tool, they arrived quickly but did not fit. I have sent multiple emails as required in your policy however you have not responded. Order number is 1198808.

shocking customer services tried to blame everyone and wouldn't even check were the delivery was ......just said we have dispatched and its not our problem ......then proceeded to put the phone down DONT USE

I have used Wiper Blades Ltd in the past with no issues, so I ordered a pair of Bosch wiper blades with spoiler and when they arrived, which was very quickly, only one of the blades had a spoiler, although the box it came in clearly stated "2 spoiler". When I contacted Wiper Blades Ltd about this, I was told that theirs and Bosch's website clearly says only one spoiler, which is not true in both cases. I then decided to return the wiper blades as they clearly didn't have 2 spoilers, which is what I needed, so I contacted Wiper Blades Ltd and was given a return address, but no address label. Consequently, it cost me nearly £5 to return the wiper blades by Royal Mail. After 2 weeks, having heard nothing, I then contacted Wiper Blades Ltd who said they hadn't received the wiper blades. So, I sent them proof of postage and, magically, the wiper blades were found and I was reimbursed. Because of my recent experience, I shall now think twice about using this company again.

Return costs are incredibly high, so be careful when you order. Wouldn't mind, but am not 100% convinced it was my fault and not the website.

Hi, The Wiper blade team have been great, Order process was easy and parts delivered quickly. The blades I ordered were "MICHELIN Radius Retrofit" On first use, The supplied clip that fits to the arm and links to the blade failed. Not good while on the M25. The locking mechanism on these interchangeable part is very week and in my opinion, not fit for purpose. I cannot believe Michelin have produced such a poor product. I have no idea how good the blade is yet. Waiting for the Wiper blade team to respond.

The company delivered the wrong item. Their registration checker still does not recognise my car specifically, was not correct at the time of my purchase so wrong item sent. Cost me postage back and refused to acknowledge their error so I am out of pocket. Items only£3 more from Halfords so easy decision now in the future.

Bought your own brand wiperblades this time. Absolutely terrible. Going up the A11 one of them became detached from the wiper arm, but luckily remained pinned to the screen by the arm. Pulled into a layby at first opportunity. The other wiper blade I was able to remove without depressing the retaining button, clearly the same problem as the one which had detached. Put back the Michelins which I'd luckily kept. Clearly your own brand blades are not manufactured to the correct spec or tolerances. So that was money wasted.

Just 3 days before I had a long journey planned, the rubber on one of my wiper blades came away - meaning that I needed to sort out some replacements FAST. Being a specialist windscreen wiper website, I trusted you to supply exactly what I needed - But I was wrong... The securing plastic clips were a fraction too large to snap into place. In trying to force one of them, the flexible end snapped. This rendered the wiper blades useless. They are cleary unsuitable (or at least the clips are) for my car (Toyota Auris 2014) - despite your website stating otherwise. With time running out, I ended up having to panic buy a replacement pair of blades ("conventional" design) which I collected that morning from my local Halfords and then managed to fit literally minutes before setting off. The whole episode was frustrating, stressful, and cost me money. To add insult to injury, the next day carrier for which I paid £6.99 didn't turn up until 5.15pm which I thought was pretty poor.

Bought them then told 3 days later they were out of stock and would be back in on the 10th of May. After no correspondence I reached out again, only to be told they would be back in stock on the 28th of May.

Wiper blades supplied do not fit, called to discuss, rude customer service representative hung up call when i advised that i had already tried every adapter supplied and spent an hour attempting to fit
