“I ordered my wipers on Sunday and payed for Royal Mail 48hr Tracked , so as per web site would be despatched Monday and arrive weds . No I had to chase for my wipers as they had not even been despatched on Thursday . Was told I would get a refund on postage ( never got this ) and chased again Friday to be told they were sent on Thursday ? Would have been nice to receive a email saying despatched. So beware that the web site has false information regarding despatched time frame . And if told your get a refund it’s rubbish . Shame as this company does not care about its customers.”

“Initially out of stock for return posting. Given the option of a refund but delivery expected to Wiper Blades Ltd in 5 days away. Decided to keep order alive and wipers blades arrived 1 day earlier than expected. All in all very good service.”
