“Ordered a pair of blades for my Lexus RX on Thursday even after factoring the delivery cost I was able to save 50% when compared with the black and orange national chain! Selection was simple by entering the vehicle registration number which allowed their system to identify my vehicle details and select the required parts. Delivery was via Royal Mail and was right within the time frame. The new blades were well packaged in manufacturers original plastic but then put into a sturdy cardboard box to protect during the delivery journey (this impressed me massively!). Each blade had fitting instructions printed by the manufacturer but Wiper Blades also have some videos on line to help you (I didn’t use these). I haven’t needed to make telephone contact so can’t comment.”

“Need a bit of fiddling to understand how to fit them, Had to dive into the manual to work out how to get the wiper arms in the correct location - the video didn't really describe the VW wiper connections, but I figured it out, they seem to fit and work perfectly.”

“This is a reply to Ollie from Wiperblades.co.uk. These Bosch Wiper blades A864S are not compatible for Vw Passat MK8 as you mentioned.I do not think that 1 inch shorter wiper blade is classified as very minimal difference from Bosch catalogue. You should clearly state on your website that Bosch wiper blades A864S passenger side is 1 inch shorter before purchase.Do not mislead customers!!!.”
